One(1) Eclipse
That's right, it has now been 1 full year since the Draft and Brand Extension, July 19th 2016.
Times flies. So how have things worked out? Which was the better show? What was the effect of the Shake-up? How have they handled the NXT call-ups? General Thoughts.
>>2898845
>So how have things worked out?
Neither show is worse than Raw was before the draft, so, fine, I guess.
>Which was the better show?
SmackDown until the shake-up, in the past couple months, Raw.
>What was the effect of the Shake-up?
It killed SmackDown.
>How have they handled the NXT call-ups?
Finn has been badly screwed up since he came back. He felt special, but now he really doesn't.
American Alpha was horribly botched, we'll see if they get any better as singles guys. Not holding my breath.
Nia's been booked fine, she just sucks.
Alexa's been booked well but she's gotten badly exposed on Raw.
Mojo's just there. He did nothing, won the battle royale, then went back to doing nothing.
Carmella's been booked pretty well. She's a good talker and Ellsworth is a good valet for her.
>So how have things worked out?
I was expecting more storyline-wise. A reason for all of this to play out. But, it happened just because.
>Which was the better show?
It was SmackDown, until Vince raided all of their top stars to make RAW seem like the superior show.
>What was the effect of the Shake-up?
"RAW CAN'T LOSE TO SMACKDOWN, IT WAS MY IDEA" - Vinney Mac
>How have they handled the NXT call-ups?
Absolutely horrible. Vince does not understand what made the characters good on NXT.

Exactly 1 week and a few days from now marks the date I started rewatching WWE since stopping in 2009.
I only watched RAW in the begining, summerslam actually dissapponted me cause I wantend to BBD vs RuRu and it didnt ecen happen, I later started watching Smackdown, and fell in love with it late last year, and could barelly stand RAW now.
RR and Mania didn't really surprise me, apart from BMAJ, which at the time was the only thing keeping me from quitting watching, because I was just getting so bored of wasting 5 hours of my week watchong when i could be with my buddies.
Payback was the final straw, such a shitshow, stopped watching and my interrest in NJPW finally bloomed and I've been watching it ever since, loved it, specially because of the lighter watching schedual
tl.dr: one year after starting rewatching WWE around this time, i've completly switched product and my view of prowrestling is different now, maybe in 12 months ill be watching CMLL instead of NJPW

Three mid-carders and a supporting actor
I'd say the supporting actor
Based Batista the hugely successful movie star.
All the others are anti-draws.

What do you think of WWE Broadcaster Sam Roberts's new haircut?
Do you think Rene will like it?

the 2 cent lonzo ball
>>2898483
hes transitioning nicely into baldness, the problem is that he kept the sideshow bob haircut to get attention from people he interviewed and now hes going to be a skinny fat bald regular guy
he should go for a full larry from the 3 stooges look. So wrestlers can keep vaguely remembering him

BASED Ryback working the marks
In the defense of marks, Ryback is pretty fucking stupid
>>2898318
How come you idiots don't understand the concept of "working" someone?
The point of working someone is to get them to pay money to see you win or lose. Ryback isn't doing either, and no is listening to him whine on his shitty podcast.
