It's ultimately your choice. But imagine yourself if, tomorrow, you could never talk to her or see her again. If you feel absolutely nothing then you might as be honest and divorce her while she's still relatively young. But if you have a single fucking moment of hesitation or sadness at that idea, then stop jumping to extremes and talk to your wife.
Because ultimately fucking lots of girls is physically amazing and great for your confidence, but it does absolutely nothing for your emotional fulfilment. And I'm guessing as someone who married young you need a lot of that.

First thing's first, you have an ego problem. My advice would be to find some perspective and some humility. Try your hand at some competitive activity that is completely new to you and fail miserably.

Second, stand up to her parents. If they're first or second generation immigrants they probably have a Confucian perspective when it comes to family relationships, in that they probably think filial responsibility flows up instead of down like in western culture. You need to show them that you hold the power here. They don't get to force you to have kids, they don't get to force you to do anything.

Third, stay with your wife. Maybe use some of that money to travel together and do activities away from the TV. If she has hobbies, encourage them. If she doesn't, try new things and help her find some. She doesn't need to be some sort of superwoman; that's your massively over-inflated ego talking. But encouraging her to take part in some personal development will help you both.

I've done it a handful of times. Usually we meet up a few times and have a nice talk every time and kind of remember that we liked each other in the first place. Then somehow one of us ends up at the other person's place for a 'platonic' visit and it just turns into sex. Then it's FWB with your ex for a while and then feelings come back.
