not op but i also have a question so ill ask it in here. i'm a poorfag and i have an old laptop (+10 years) and recently i leave it running with the battery now the battery won't charge at all and the system icon says that it cannot read the battery status and also there's the battery red light that keeps tilting every second. is there any risk if i leave it like that?

It must have worn out somehow, they just started to get really inconstant connection, just drop off suddenly and reconnect. And these usb ones do the same. I have no idea how this stuff works, so I cnn`t give you any technical reasons why it stopped working.

But, unless someone knows Chinese and can help you, your best bet might be to just try and use google translate. It sucks, but at least it might be able to point you in the right direction.

I'm studying Japanese and we also sometimes have to look up characters by drawing them (since there's thousands), and I can tell you that google translate is hands down the best tool to use for handwriting recognition. Especially if you're unfamiliar with kanji stroke order.

Select Chinese for the input language at the right, and then in the bottom left corner of the input box is a button with an arrow next to it. Click the arrow and then click the option at the very bottom that has a pencil icon. That will pop up a drawing box.
Then just start drawing the characters one by one and selecting them, and hope that google can translate it in the end.

Or wait for someone who knows Chinese to help. Your choice.

Feel free to copy paste what you have or ask for help on a particular character if you can't seem to find it.
