Have you tried this? Mori is a guy from /a/ who sometimes subs stuff, so his subs should be english. His subs are usually decent too.

Yeah, back when the OVA came out, I couldn't find it on Nyaa. I turned off the "Trusted only" filter, and there was Mori's as mentioned above.
