/g/ directed me here, and since I don`t want to get banned from there, I guess ill ask here.
What is a good wifi chip/usb thing to put on my pc? Ive been using a shitty netgear wifi usb for a while now, but its starting to shit out, and previously, i got two, even more shitty, wifi chips that broke after a month.
pic related, the piece of shit im using now
Generally internal ones are more durable.

I am curious how the wifi chip broke... - drivers go bad? Does the OP physically wear them out?

It must have worn out somehow, they just started to get really inconstant connection, just drop off suddenly and reconnect. And these usb ones do the same. I have no idea how this stuff works, so I cnn`t give you any technical reasons why it stopped working.

the belkin f6d4050 v1 is pretty good, the drivers are pretty solid, and i'm pretty sure it works on linux too

sounds like a wifi router problem or a connection problem than your card
