you can't fix it. the audio is missing at those breaks. they aren't pauses.

Let's pretend that they're not broken and that they are just pauses, how do I piece it together?

I fixed it by using "Truncate Silence" it got rid of most of the gaps then I fixed the rest of the audio to match up with what I was saying. It doesn't look nearly as bad unedited.

All you need to do is speed it up by 60/50, then pitch it down by 60/50.

I don't know if Audacity can do pitch shifting, but it's a really common thing for audio editors to be able to do, so probably.
