I need help finding what anime this girl clapping gif is from. I am aware that the fish in the background is from Dangan Ronpa.
I found the same clapping animation but from a red haired girl at time stamp 3:30 in the Mikakunin de Shinkoukei OP. However the uniform colours don't match and the sought after character isn't listed on Mikakunin's MAL page. Any assistance finding this anime is greatly appreciated.

Dont know if this is the right board, but im interested in upgrading my graphics card (from a shitty nvidia 645)
There is an asus gtx960 4gb strix for 160 US dollars, is this a good price? I'm also worried the 128bit bus width will not perform well.

Yeah get a 600w that'll be more than enough,
if you have that CPU then your motherboard will be fine
Good price for the gpu, just don't get the stock one.

So I want to move from uTorrent 2.2.1 to another torrent client that's up to date, but I don't want to have to start everything from scratch, since I like to keep track of my uploads, and it would take over a day to check all of my torrents in the new client. So, and I doubt this very much, is there some client where I could either use my resume.dat file, or otherwise basically just pick up where I left off in uTorrent, statistics/active torrents-wise?
I tried googling it, but all I got was stuff about moving torrents to other clients and then using force recheck, not stats or anything else.

I don't believe that's possible. Most bittorrent clients don't use a single format of tracking stats, and most don't at all without specifically you telling it to.
As far as clients go, my vote goes for Deluge

so, my computer started lagging frantically today and it took me 3 minutes to get here. i've rebooted my PC twice and now i've found that my bios reads at 100 C which is clearly too hot.
i built this pc nearly 2 years ago and i've had no problems since. any help?

what do i mean? well after watching HxH i was deeply impressed by how creative in concept and execution the Nen abilities are and i am looking for more anime on that level of shonen fighting.
Example;say what you want about One Piece but i think it's Battle System as a whole is on par with HxH when you account for just how diverse people's fighting styles can be, even without devil fruits.
NONexamples;yes, dragon ballz is a classic but it's fights are trash and relatively boring and un-inventive, yuyuhakusho has more creative fights but they arn't on par with HxH or OP. Naruto started out on par with OnePiece ''fighting wise'' but then it slowly became ''who can pull the biggest megaton fart jutsu out of their ass'' and the creativity was lost.
Can anyone in /wsr/ suggest to me an anime with this atheistic or am i out of luck?

i'm already planning on watching these eventually, i'm just trying to see if there are any other anime with ''top tier battle system'' so that i can space out my viewing of then and not just marathon them all at once

I get vaguely what you mean when you say fighting system, but most of the time anime with intricate 'fighting systems' tend to be shit and go autisitc with it all. You also have to consider which anime are actually good, and unfortunately the ones you're looking for are more often than not, shit.
Here are some that fit the bill somewhat tho

You already mentioned them but it's a good series.

Good art, good story, and the battle mechanics are very creative without taking away from anything.

Another good series, good animation and the characters are on point. The fighting 'system' isn't the most indepth, but again it's done very well and very stylistically.
>Fate/Zero
Fate/stay night is probably more along the lines of what you're looking for considering it's length, but Fate/Zero is the better series to almost everyone but hardcore nasuverse fans.

Hi /wsr/ i got redirected here from /g/. I need help, i tried googling my problem but the people that had the same problem i had, had different hardware, so I couldn't apply their solution. Please take a look at my picture (deleted some stuff from it cause im paranoid) but yeah as you can see, when i connect to a network with my laptop, i can connect to the network but the modem (i think that's what it is, its called Ubee) the modem doesn't connect to the internet. Now the network im on right now has connection , and the IPv4 and IPv6 both say internet instead of local as in my picture. When i connect to the network that doesn't connect to the net, it says im connected to an unidentified network or multiple, and the IPv6 and IPv4 both say local.
what i tried:
restarting the modem (idk if its a modem or router)
resetting the network adapter on my laptop
getting a new ip
Everything i tried was suggested from the Windows wizard.
What else do i do? i doubt it's a ISP thing, but im no expert, anyone good with computers here that can help me please?

I'm getting choppy feedback from a Blu-Ray rip when playing it over MPC-HC, and a noiseless green screen when played in VLC. Everything other video I have plays fine and identically over both players. With MPC, the video plays very slowly and the sound periodically cuts off for .5 to 2 seconds at a time. CPU usage skyrockets when in use. Is there anything else I need to download?
