is that MC Ride?
Good movie, desu. However a few things don't make sense.
1) How does the blite render the atmosphere unbreathable?
2) They only barely escaped from burning up in the atmosphere and somehow merely attaining low orbit catapulted them at the black hole?
3) They need a large rocket to get off of Earth but they can use a tiny little lander to get off of a planet with more gravity than Earth.
You may think there are other aspects of the movie that make less sense, but I disagree.

Name one good vidya miniseries.
Netflix shows are usually either really great or fucking terrible. They'll probably turn Castlevania into gay vampire shit.

So just business as usual since SoTN?
What did he mean by this?
>>79284314
That he hopes the person will reevaluate.

Kill my ass.
>listen to her on the jake and amir podcast
>she gets audibly upset with jake when he says he thinks all prostitutes are bad people
She's great on there, she had 3 appearances and lived with them before she even auditioned for iZombie. Apparently Amir helped with her line readings for it. I wish she would have had a fourth guest star but Rahul took her place and he wasn't as good.
If /tv/ think they are hot shit why doesn't /tv/ make an edit of the star wars prequels and make them better? After all the editing is what made IV good, so if you have any chops /tv/ you can make II and III good.
Forget Episode I, which is actually better left as is, it's not that bad. Lets makes Episode II and III into one good film. Edit out shit like the elevator scene from the beginning of Episode II and introducr anakin and obi wan coming out of the elevator. Can we make a good thriller sci fi fantasy opera?
Nobody thinks it can be done?

TIL that in 1985, 2 men broke into Fran Drescher's home and one of them raped Fran and her friend and gunpoint while Fran's husband was tied up and forced to watch the ordeal. Matt LeBlanc bought a hot dinner
i bet she was really tight
She was living in an apartment with Jacobson in LA
Til two armed robber broke in for some kinky role-play!
What was she to do? Could she call for help? She took it in the fanny!
So they tied her to the chair after they locked the door
They said to her friend "Now suck it... you filthy whore!"
They tied her to the chair, to the chair, to the chair!
And made Fran watch as they put it in... her Fanny!
Who would have guessed that the scene we described... was just exactly what the doctor prescribed?
Now, she's moved on with her life and is strong, oui!
And now she's actually smiling, such joie de vivre!
She's the lady in red when everybody else is wearing tan.
The flashy girl from LA, the rape-victim named Fran!
WOOOO!

He's LITERALLY me. I wish I could watch the whole thing for the first time again especially pre-divorce.

He was pretty good but his petty shitting all over Apocalypto made me hate him
>>79284077
It wasn't so bad, but one of his worst. Maybe him shouting does it for some people, but him shouting about what he didn't like about the movie really seemed like he was making too big a deal out of little things.

it's not the end all and be all of movies, but from a technical aspect the movie is almost perfect.
It's important if you appreciate the technique that goes into making a good film (lighting, composition, pace, cinematography, etc)
>>79283680
>He dusn't do ennything?
>>79283730
I put it off for a long time, thinking there's no way it could live up to the hype. Finally saw it and it's utterly and completely fantastic. As said, it helps to know the "language of film," because in that film, Welles alone pioneered a good deal of what we consider "standard" film making techniques. Punk was 24 when he wrote, directed, produced and starred in what is still considered today to be the greatest film ever made.
Should I?
>>79283421
its a show for grandpa's
>>79283421
Yes.
Would recommend watching everything as well, there's a lot of call backs and references to past episodes later on, especially the final season.
yes
What's some documentary kino that focuses on serial killers/murder?
>>79283358
Check out the ice man, you can watch it on YouTube. I highly recommend the book also.
Check out Edgy Edgelord's Edgy Serial Killer Edgefest on YouTube. I highly recommend the book also.
>>79283358
Helter Skelter. It's not a doc but has a very doc feel. It's about Manson's arrest and trial. Fucking awesome.
Great films that rely on the performance of a single actor. Pic related: Maria Falconetti in The Passion of Joan of Arc
More modern example: Mickey Rourke in The Wrestler

back to redit with that trash pal

What? It's a classic film and massively respected. What are you on about?
