If /tv/ think they are hot shit why doesn't /tv/ make an edit of the star wars prequels and make them better? After all the editing is what made IV good, so if you have any chops /tv/ you can make II and III good.
Forget Episode I, which is actually better left as is, it's not that bad. Lets makes Episode II and III into one good film. Edit out shit like the elevator scene from the beginning of Episode II and introducr anakin and obi wan coming out of the elevator. Can we make a good thriller sci fi fantasy opera?
Nobody thinks it can be done?

>I'm a moronic newfaggot who can't even use a search engine
I don't think even editing can fix those. I'd have to make it from scratch.

The people who edited IV had all the takes at their disposal.

Most fan edits I've seen are shit
Including this one

Give me a good one if you know of one

Yes but this would be editing down episode ii and iii into one condensed film

>having more scenes is the same as having different takes of the same scene
I always thought those movies would be better if they had the plane scene from dark knight rises.

The prequels are hard to edit, they're so dense, every single image has so many things going on.

I didn't say that.
Here's the thing OP, Star Wars had all the necessary elements to make a great film in editing.
No editing trickery can fix the boring, non-sensical plot, lack of interesting characters or shitty video game special effects of the Prequels.

I could potentially be edited into a good film. II and III are pretty much unsalvagable. The way they were filmed (constant CGI backdrops, boring walk and talk) and the horrible dialogue would render even the best of edits as shit.
