>The Football Association wants to test a video assistant referee system from the third round of next year's FA Cup.
The announcement came at the annual meeting of the International Football Association Board (Ifab) on Friday.
The Ifab are also reviewing the order teams take penalty shoot-outs, as there is a "clear advantage" to going first.
The meeting also confirmed that clubs will be allowed to use a fourth substitute during extra time from the quarter-finals of this season's FA Cup.
Proposals for sin-bins for yellow-card offences and rolling substitutions at lower levels of football, to be introduced from June, were also approved at the Wembley meeting.
It is a move to "encourage more people to take part" in youth and amateur leagues.
video referees will be good if used right desu.
Can the video ref stop the ball or do they wait until the play has finished?
I could see a manager stopping a good scoring opportunity with a bullshit video call.
It might slow the game down a little here and there but it's about time.

Is he a "good" player?
Wasn't he on the most stacked Barcelona team in years and didn't even win the champions league? What does he have to his name but some farmer league titles in Italy and Paris?

The first ranking major of the PDC season, the "FA Cup of darts" - the UK Open - gets started today from Butlins Minehead. The Rileys amateur qualifiers, unique eight board setup and random draw following every round after round 2 guarantees action and unpredictability. As in previous years, the opening two rounds were drawn following the completion of the UK Open qualifiers a couple of weekends ago.
Last year saw Michael van Gerwen (who else) claim his second UK Open title with a dismantling of eternal bridesmaid Peter Wright in the final. However, his back trouble that saw him ruled out of last night's Premier League evening has meant he has had to withdraw, which is his first absence from a major since 2011. That opens it up massively for the likes of Wright, Gary Anderson, Adrian Lewis and others to claim a title from the Green Machine. One man who will thankfully not be winning it again is Phil Taylor; the Prowler's retirement tour does not include tournaments he doesn't qualify for automatically, and the UK Open is gratefully one of those.
Notable names to make it through the Riley Qualifiers include UK Open ever-present and past-it Alex Roy, another past-it in "Mr Magic" Steve Maish and four BDO Worlds jobbers: hopeless Dave Prins, choking stutterer Paul Hogan, Barnsley's David Brent in Brian "Doggy" Dawson and Welsh prospect and 2016 Development Tour Order of Merit #1 Dean Reynolds, who turned down a Tour Card as he admitted he wasn't ready for the big time just yet. Will there be another Barry Lynn from the 32 Sports Bars cloggers? Probably not.
Coverage starts at 11:45am UK time on ITV4. All afternoon games are the best of 11 legs (first to 6 legs).

From one hand, it gave Zizou a CL, they're on their way to the next round this season and have the advantage on the league. On the other hand it all seems to be falling apart.
is it?
There is a word for that. It's exposed.
>>74469161
Fuck off, Jerónimo, with that commie atitude! If it wasn't solely for based Casemiro, Atlético would have raped them in the finals. Plus, they are just being incredibly lucky this season
>>74469161
Zidane is not a good manager. Out of Copa, slipping the league and probably won't win the CL again.
