hey /k/ what gun should I purchase next? I would like a rifle, I have an AR-15 (S&W) and a sig pistol.
Does anyone have an opinion on the GSG-522?
>>28258069
From what I understand, as far as shitty .22LR MP5 clones go, they work pretty good.
>>28258080
Should I be looking at different rifles period? This is a learning process for me. I was thinking maybe a Model-700 too
But an AR15 is a rifle, so you already have a rifle. Get a shotgun.
Hey everyone, I'm from Bosnia and I want to get myself an air rifle. My budget is 150 euros. Since I'm a beginner in this, I'm taking all advice.
start by killing yourself
air rifles are not weapons
>>>/toy/
>Bosnia
Get yourself an AK for 15 oyro.
>>28258071
air rifles are /k/ approved, you're thinking of airshit newfag.
Hey /k/, im on the newer side of firearms. So I bought a AR-15 from a family friend about a year ago, 700 bucks came with 700 rounds of 5.56. Took it to the range this weekend and I would chamber a round, 1st round would fire right off dead accurate. 2nd Trigger pull the gun would not fire, extracted the round and it looked like it had struck but no bang. Well I put the magazine back in and tried again same thing. 1st round fire, 2nd no go. Tried 3 times then packed it up. Any ideas whats wrong and what I could do to fix it? Range Officer said that it was over oiled but I was skeptical.
Check to make sure the trigger and hammer springs are installed correctly.
>>28257903
Hammer might be striking light, or you're shooting Tula, and you're literally just an average consumer of Tula ammo.
>>28257931
>and you're literally just an average consumer of Tula ammo.
What? What does that even mean?
>muh literally
Christ people born in the 90's suck.
/k/, is it legal to walk around in public with a legally-owned full-auto weapon?
>>28257681
Depends on state.
>>28257681
Bear in mind if you actually have an opportunity to use it, there is a decent chance it'll end up in an evidence locker where it will likely go missing or simply be returned beat to shit and/or missing parts.
>>28257719
how pist would you be if you got a california tier rifle back
I want a reproduction of the Walther mp-pp in 9mm luger
>I like the James Bond ppk
>hate .380 acp because it cost the same as .45 (at least where I live)and is weaker than 9mm
>>28256414
>he wants practicality from a repro gun
just shut the fuck up and buy an ar and a glock then you fag
>>28256455
I never said anything about practicality I already have a bunch of practical guns.this is for historic and collecting perpous
Sig to make a clone of the Norinco Dominion Arms p762. Which is a clone of the Sig P226. I also want Sig to release multiple barrels, mags and grips for it. So it can take lots off different large pistol cartridges. Like Tokarev, Dillon, 9mm winchester, etc

Is it even possible to find rounds for those AT rifles?
no pic, but

Snider cadet carbine
Scoped Cooey .22
Ottawa /k/unt
Am I missing something /k/? Is this somehow not pants-on-head retarded?
>>28257526
why
>>28257535
Take your time. We'll wait
>>28257526
What's pants on head retarted about it?
>ported for less muzzle flip (because lol9mm)
>threaded barrel for attaching muzzle devices
>tall sights for supressor
Seriously, what's wrong with you?
Anyone own one of these?
Looks like I could buy one for around $500 after all the fees.
I just want your general opinion on the firearm.
Quality, reliability, magazine fit, and life expectancy?
>>28257467
It's an AK, man
>>28257467
Better of with the draco. Same price, doesn't have the pointless RPK receiver, which does nothing but add weight, and has more parts compatibility with standard AKs (including furniture). Also has a chrome lined barrel.
>>28257524
Kind of my thoughts after I owned one. For me it was also purely a novelty gun. I wouldn't really consider any ak pistol again unless you just really want to spend some money and build an SBR.
Nutn just did a video on these 2 though if your into that.
Do enlisted men always salute and obey officers no matter what branch they are from?
What happens if you're a Marine private and come across an airforce captain?
Wipe it off and apologise, Jarhead
>>28257331
Do they always? No. Pedantics aside, enlisted saluting officers is absolutely a requirement, regardless of branch.
Corrective action or punishment for not adhering to that requirement can range from "hey there enlisted guy" to actual paperwork or article 15...depending on how big of a douche you or the officer acting like.
you should salute, it's a courtesy.
How prohibitive would it be to get a personal FFL? It's kind of a bitch to go to a shitty gun store run by fudds and tacticool gear queers every time I want a new gun. Is it illegal to get an FFL purely for my own personal use? As in, I purchase the guns, have them shipped to my home/pseudo-store and just keep them for my own personal use since I have an FFL? Am I just a retard?
>>28257299
There are plenty of kitchen table FFLs. Is it a pain in the ass, yes sort of. You're subject to all ATF requirements. The plus side is that you can do transfers and make money.
>>28257323
Holy shit, seriously? Let's say I have an annual income of 600k. Is that enough?
>>28257299
>Am I just a retard?
Basically this.
>Is it illegal to get an FFL purely for my own personal use?
Nope, that's legal.
>As in, I purchase the guns, have them shipped to my home/pseudo-store and just keep them for my own personal use since I have an FFL?
Legal, and completely idiotic. You're opening yourself up to audits by the ATF, not like you'd have much to worry about but still. You are also required to have all of the guns you own in a ledger. In short, all of your guns -even the ones you owned before you got your FFL- need to be written down in your FFL's ledger. You are no longer allowed to sell a gun via a private sales, because technically your collection is the FFL's. Yes, even your pre-FFL guns. I'm not sure about purchasing.
The reason it's like this is so Jamal from the hood can't get a FFL and sell guns privately to all of his homies.
why are you allowing this
What are you going to do, send pizza?
>>28257295
when someone gets shot for having one its just going to make gunfags uppity when their rights get threatened again
>>28257279
It'll stop when people start getting shot trying to film police with those.
>"DROP THE GUN!"
>b-but it's a phone m-muh first amendment!
>"PUT IT DOWN! PUT IT DOWN NOW!"
>a-am i being d-d-d-detain-
>BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG<
Bought a bunch of this shit because it was cheap, noticed that some bullets are different than others. From a quick internet search it looks like these missed the copper wash and actually have a steel jacket.
Is it a good idea to shoot these or does steel foul barrels?
>>28257235
how many are missing the copper wash?
>>28257235
ive bought a few boxes without copper wash, shot them just fine. its not like a micrometer thin layer of copper is gonna do a whole lot in the first palce
using steel is like having niggers live in your house
Let's see some carry/practice/battle wear
>>28257201
Just got back from sighting in my new 10/22, what did y'all do at the range today?
Pic related.
>>28257178
I haven't been to the range since September 27th.
>>28257190
How come, anon?
>>28257190
I haven't been since the 1st week of September.
I paid $400 for an annual pass, but I did go 4 days a week for 2 1/2 months straight.
Any owners of 1980s-90s Norinco 1911s on /k/? I'm looking at one that's been mildly built into a target gun. Supposedly they have the best metallurgy of any 1911 but the prices are still pretty rock-bottom.
Guy will take $425 for the gun with Bo-Mar sights, full-length guide rod, adjustable skeleton trigger, and target grips. Pic isn't the one I'm looking at.
>made in china
I'd do it. At that price range you're only looking at RIA, Citadel, Para Ordnance, etc. so it's not like you're losing out on much by going Norinco.
