I suggest one of the water cooling solutions from Corsair for it instead of the Arctic Freezer.
(You're spending already a lot of that so make sure it's properly cooled for longevity.)
And then go for the Samsung 950 Pro M2 drive.
And get higher clocked RAM, yours is only 2133. Go with something from at least 2800-3200.

I'd stick with vim for compatibility reasons. Neovim got the jump on it with async but I suspect that vim still has a much larger developer community that will catch up and surpass Neovim.
