Why would you get a motherboard/CPU now that's restricted to DDR3 and an LGA1150 socket? I mean I'd understand if you were buying used, but you really should make your motherboard as future proof as possible when buying new. At least with an LGA1151 motherboard, when you want to upgrade your processor in the future you'll be able to get a Kabylake or possibly even newer processor.
