Probably not for any cheaper than the value of the device itself. Try searching around to see if there are any screen replacement guides online.

Alright, thanks.

Is Microsoft paying shills to post pro-KDE posts so that people turn to it instead of GNOME and end up with a shitty Linux experience?

So many people keep saying they use it but you never see people posting screen shots of it. You see GNOME and tiling WMs and unity all the time.

I need to know how to download a mac game on a (hp) laptop

You need to run something called a virtual machine. This will use some fraction of your laptop's resources (you decide how much) to run a virtual computer inside of your system. You'll install macOS on this virtual machine. If it works, you can then use it just like a Mac and install all the stuff you want on it.

Okay /g/, I'm starting to get desperate trying to find a desktop environment that just works. My experiences to far have been as such:
>gnome was okay, but was a resource hog
>used cinnamon on liveUSB, unplugged the usb after 15 of horrible user interface
>heard good news of xfce, was almost perfect, but too much screen tearing to enjoy any media
>currently on kde neon because I fell for the shills, using the computer is constant misery ex. resource usage, tries to connect smart phone as a read-only camera, 602 packages held back from updating because of rats nest of kde dependencies
What else is there left for me? Any suggestions? Should I give up on desktop environments? If so, how do I go about going such a path? Or is the only solution killing myself?
Distribution is currently Debian.

Did you try to fix the screen taring issue or even google it? It would have been an issue with Xorg, which most possibly would be fixable by making a config file with..

TearFree "on"
>>
>XFCE

Install Compton, fixes all tearing
>>
>>59776898
I don't know about the others but currently using neon and working perfectly.
>resource usage
It uses around 400MB for me on boot and it's not cpu heavy at least on my side.
>tries to connect smart phone as a read-only camera
Aren't you using kdeconnect? it comes installed by default and it's a godsend, it allows you much more than transfering files.
>602 packages held back from updating because of rats nest of kde dependencies
Literally what? are you making up this? If not, already tried dist-upgrade? what packages are being held?

Why do paid email providers ask for more money than VPS or webhosters?
7 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
Because hosting an email server automatically makes you a target, and you have to deal with that every day.
>>
>>59776793
The average Wordpress site is also under attack 24/7 though, with bots trying to log in.
>>
ProtonMail Plus is about the same as a cheap VPS.

Ok, /g/. Is there a music player for Linux anywhere close to AIMP, in terms of features, customization, library management and design. Also, do you use any sound equalizer software? I'm bored of Rhytmbox

I've been using Clementine mostly. It's great on Linux, but a little resource-hungry on Mac OS.

Other players I use are deadbeef, mplayer (from ranger), and quodlibet (for tagging/library management)

Illegal? It's industry standard practice. Look up how msrp is calculated if you want to be angry. It's a fake number to trick consumers.
