Is Microsoft paying shills to post pro-KDE posts so that people turn to it instead of GNOME and end up with a shitty Linux experience?
So many people keep saying they use it but you never see people posting screen shots of it. You see GNOME and tiling WMs and unity all the time.

I fucking hate both KDE and Gnome, it's just unlikely that Microsoft would target de's of all things, to "make Linux users have a shit experience".
You could say the same thing about people against systemd: "Systemd is so easy to use, Microsoft obviously pays people to discredit systemd so Linux users have to do more work and have a shit experience"
