Make it start downloading the largest anime collections on the internet. Doesn't matter which ones, just try to see how much space you can eat up.
Xbox Scorpio is using Polaris but with 40 CUs and fabbed at 16nm TSMC, instead of Glofo.
Which is weird because Polaris was never fabbed at Glofo, and Polaris 10(the biggest die) tops out at 36CU.
It's also using a 384bit GDDR5 interface instead of a 256bit one.
Which leads me to believe this has literally nothing to do with Polaris, at best it may be using the GFX8 shaders, but everything else from memory, uncore and I/O seems different.
Any ideas?

If it is really your phone, you can walk into any Apple store and they can reset the lock after verifying your purchase.

This thread is about the appreciation of watches, as well as the micro-engineering and materials engineering that are required to produce a fine mechanical watch.

Will corelets ever learn
I keep the guts of an old Core 2 Duo system boxed up in storage in case the urban market ever decides to go shopping at my place. Like you said, it would be plenty to get me buy until insurance pays out. I don't even use PCs for video playback anymore so it's not like I need much performance from it at all.
This makes me wonder: which was the year/generation of hardware that gave us systems which to this day are still perfectly serviceable? I'm thinking it was around 2007. Core 2 processors, DDR3 RAM, good hard drives.

You are bad at this.
Samsung makes like everything from phones to tanks.
Meanwhile Apple doesn't even make cars yet.

You know shit is bad when Linux is the best OS out there
When will cpu manufacturers no longer include temperature monitoring, because they no longer require heat sinks, and haven't gone above room temperature for years?
dunno, probably like 5 to 7
>>59766573
like maybe 4 or 5 right now, my dude.
>>59766573
>I would really like to have a slow as shit CPU on my desktop just because I don't want a fan on it
We do have CPU's that can operate at room temperatures
but performance wise, they can't compete to one that is actively cooled, allowing it to perform several times faster
as time goes by CPU's become more efficient, but that only means we can increase their clock speed to further increase performance

So... Which browser is the most battery friendly for Windows tablets? M$ claims its edge, tho it seems shady, at the same time Firefox has background services and generally feels bloated. Idk about Chrome.
>>59765652
Opera has an battery saving mode.
Edge by a decent margin. It's lacking in functionality on desktops/laptops, but should be suitable for a tablet.
>>59765686
if you can live without webums, edge is a great shitposting browser. adblock is available, too.
What's the IT job ranking? IMHO it goes like this:
>Helpdesk
>Onsite Support
>System Administrator
> System Engineer
> Consultant
> Software Engineer
> Low Level Software Engineer
>Black magic algorithm engineering wizard

Which is the preferred method to backup a live linux server that would be best left running, but can be shutdown momentarily if needed?
Rsync? Unmounting & dd'ing? 3'rd party utilities (Filezilla and such)? Good old tar'ing?
What's the best way to make backups on a linux system in general?
Go away, stupid frogposter.
>>59765136
I use an rsync of the entire system desu
>>59765136
rsync is sufficient.
