You can seriously fuck up your back if you try scared cat form on 300+ pound deadlifts. Squats can also potentially fuck you up as well. The key is to not ego lift and not believe memes like people saying you should be able to deadlift 2pl8 from day 1.

it is good for hypertrophy, i enjoyed it. doesnt over tax you and keeps you feeling full and rested for next workout. people will mock it because "le bro split" but honestly 7 years ago everyone was doing bro splits and looked a fuck of a lot better than the autistic looking pseudo powerlifters that plague the gym now.
its a fuck routine and enables you to go hard every week. a change up in routine is always beneficial in my mind and should be done often

I'm 18 and 5'10 and recently went to a doctor and apparently my growth plates aren't closed.
My diet has been shit recently, nutritionally and aswell as not eating enough due to abusing Adderall which suppresses appetite.

Milk is good because it's easy calories. At this point you just want to be making sure you're eating enough, which it doesn't sound like you are. Don't worry about eating clean at this point, just eat whatever guarantees you a surplus in calories. 5'10 isn't horrible anyway, you won't be considered a manlet by most people's standards.

I'd say like 10, thats a really small scoop, so put like 10 in so you have 100g total, if you want really fast results take 200g, your heartrate will drop to about 0bpm
