Im a female with a very short torso in comparison to my legs. This makes getting a flat stomach very difficult because even when I'm close to underweight my stomach puffs out because it just has no room. When I had abs it puffed it out with muscle and it looked more like a giant pec.

besides being blessed with godly bone structure, what sort of workouts do supermodels do? something that leans you out, yet builds muscle in the right places. does anyone have any resources on this or references i can look at?
i've tried looking into it but all i've found so far has been bogus cosmopolitan "workouts". i'll admit i'm not an expert, but no way in hell that crunches and 5lbs dumbbell rows are what make models look the way they do.

I'm at a decent hight, I've got a good face, good jawline, good cheekbones i guesss whatever those are,
I have good hair, i need to get a buzzcut every months or so because it grows back fast.
I'm skeletal tier, i could eat whatever unhealthy shit i want all week and even lose weight while sitting on my ass all day, I don't eat alot because of severe depression, at times i only eat once a day,
So those GAINS diets with 5 meals a day won't work so well with me.

I've been there before, it really sucks. Try to throw in 2-3 whey protein shakes a day, that ought to give you enough protein. As for getting motivated to workout, understand that motivation is fucking stupid and won't ever help you reach your goals. Motivation is fleeting and won't be there to get you through hard times. Discipline, on the other hand, will allow you to continue when the going is rough (ie. depression). Cultivate discipline and fucking do it. Don't start tomorrow, that's bullshit. Get down right now and do your fucking workout. If you do anything else you're a fucking bitch who won't go anywhere in life.

I had a similar situation happen to me.
I were out buying ciggies when on my way back my bowels started rumbling something fierce.
I basically had to walk/ jog a kilometer back home trying to hold in exploding diarrhea in my anus, it's was a fucking nightmare.
I immediately just RELEASED when i got home.
I learned my lesson that day.
