/Fit/ advice for newbies
From my experience if you are just starting out do not listen to /fit/. When I first started /fit/ told me to do SS+Gomad (I didn't thank god) Later found out its just a meme routine.
The one good thing I learned from fit was that Ecto,Endo,and Mesmomorphs don't exist and to eat more food. I was one of those 'high metabolism' cope skellys at 125 lbs last year

Never used any preworkout or powder with a fancy acronym in my entire lifting career, only coffee. Works fine so far.

Alright /fit/, I'm finally done. I'm ready to get rid of the bullshit excuses and finally gain some mass. I'm too skinny and need to train and get myself in a position that I'm happy with. I have no gym near me and no weights. Any tips for basic home workouts? (Pic obviously unrelated)

Why did you guys start getting into /fit/ ?
For me it was back when I was 18
>Work in store 10-14 hours a day to save up

Whats a good gift for a friend that is into swimming alot. They are super competitve and I think /fit/ is probably more active than /sp/ so asking here sounds like a good idea. Sky is is the limit money wise.
