I've lost the drive I once had to be a man.

Is this a normal? Am I just getting old?

How old are you.

I'm 27 and just want to cum.

Hey deskfags, why haven't you ditched your shitty chair for a yoga ball yet?

Because there is no back support, you try sitting in that position for 8 hours and get back with the answer when you do.

>>42351838
His posture is still shit.
>>
>>42351863

That's the point dingus. It forces you to engage your core all day, like your body would rather do instead of slouching.

YMMV, though. I have back problems because of injuries and the yoga ball helps. Not a meme.

How do I achieve discipline, /fit/?
3 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>

you need to passionately want something
>>
>>42353078
Wouldn't that be motivation then?
Whereas discipline is more about the willpower to complete the task at hand, just because it has to be completed, even if you currently don't really care about that task or the results.

Hello guys,
I started working out at the gym around 6 months ago, and I got really into it. However what interest me more is the science behind each exercise which is done at the gym. I am thinking about commencing physiotherapy course, to supply science back in strength. How probable and beneficial it would be for me, to merge my gym interest and physiotherapy in job for example?

A physiotherapist who lifts! How novel.

that's like every other gym blogger OP
so sure, it's beneficial.

It probably won't help everyone but it did for me friend.

I smoked every day for 3 years after my shit went to hell. It made the depression bearable but didn't remove it completely. So I tried different things that didn't help (like sleeping with new girls and such) and I figured I might as well try what I've never wanted or tried before.

Lifting turned everything around for me. I still smoke every day tho heyooooo

Helps alot with bulking and pain from DOMs desu
>>
It definitely helped me out. I just take Lexapro now also to stave it off entirely.

How does /fit/ stay motivated? Either cutting or bulking. How do you stay in the gym? How do you not eat that donut? Share stories or tips for fatasses or skinny fucks

I eat that donut. Gym is located at the front of main street in our corporate office and free 24/7 for employees with 130someting machines/ 20 showers/ a yoga room with trainers from 10am till 6. Also helps to not be autistic about your gains because making it is the first half and maintaining it is the real trek
>>
>>42351010
The time is going to pass. The only difference is what you do in that time. I choose to not eat.

I just measured my resting rate and its 88bpm, which seems really poor. Im 19y, 183cm and 75kg (skinnyfat), is this a normal resting rate?

Also general cardio vascular health thread, any pointers to improve cardio vascular health is welcome.

>>
>>42350974
Regular physical exercise even as simple as a 20 minute walk daily and regular eating habits can lower the bpm and increase the endurance of pretty much anyone with minimal effort.
>>
>>42350974
You can stop eating unhealthy shit, stop smoking, and decrease the amount of alcohol you drink, assuming any of these apply to you. You can also take up running or some equivalent, my resting heart rate decreased to 60 bpm after a year of running. It may also be that you simply fucked up the measurement, but if you didn't, it could be worth asking your doc about it, idk how bad a resting heart rate of 88 bpm is.

Is it worth cutting out saturated fats from your diet to prevent clogging of arteries? Or is it just a meme?
