Do you also drink A LOT? Like, has your intake of fluids increased recently? Foamy urine? Mine did, and I thought it was diabetes. Unluckely for me, it was not, but was instead a chronic kidney disease.

Yeah I drink more than average but not really a lot : probably 3 or 4 liters a day, but it's probably more because dry mouth than thirst. And I've been doing that for years, I feel perfectly normal otherwise, my urine is normal too.
