I'm a beginner but I want to lift 6 days a week instead of 3, is this a good routine?

No fucking idiot. You gain muscle while recovering. Workout all your upper muscles 3 times a week OR work out each muscle once a week (giving you the 6 day a week workout you want)

Push until it hurts.
Give at least 1-2 days of rest for each muscle.

I did 3 times a week at first but I wanted to lift more. So I did 6 days for about 2 months before my muscles stopped being able to recover. Now I do 3 heavy and 3 light days a week and have been progressing a lot again. Just try what you want and learn what your body needs/wants anon

90% time when i swing or do something with my shoulder, there is always some cracking noise with uncomfortable feel while other shoulder feel normal and crack here and there in a normal way. Should i stop with the lifting for some time im kida worried.

How do you bros handle miscalculating bills and being unable to renew membership? This just happened to me after a solid month of working out. I love it and now o have to wait for 2 weeks? Luckily I have 15 lb dumbbells so I don't lose too much. Anyone else have this happen to them?

I am leaving in 3 months for Paris to join the Foreign Legion. I need to jump my cardio up to hit a minimum of 7.5 on the beep test (with as little struggle as possible). How do I increase my cardio without dissolving muscle in the process?

I'm not American. I just don't have any decent work or lifestyle opportunities where I am. Just tired of watching my life circle the drain basically. I've been doing a 3km run every second day to prepare myself. But it becomes a desperate trot by the last km. Maybe HIIT would be more effective not sure

i haven't slept all night and today i will start my first day at basic training in my countrie's military.
I don't think we are gonna do alot of heavy things at the first day due to my country beeing a cuckstate, but nontheless:

what can i eat to have maximum energy spread over the day.
i have a coffee with me in case i really need to be awake for some time, but what'll help me overall to keep going until this evening?

yeah the yelling probably wont start till day 3 or 4.

Eat beans, peanuts, vegetables and some red meat or chicken, should keep you going for a long time. Try to hold off on the caffeine for as long as you can, its usefullness will wear off and then staying awake will get even harder.

I just make oats.

>fill with almond milk (or chocolate almond milk) level with oats
>1/2 cup frozen blueberries
>nuke for 2:30
>sprinkle some sliced almonds or crushed walnuts in there
>shredded coconut

Eat.

Could use real milk if you want, I just think almond milk makes the oats taste better and it has enough sweetness and vanilla flavor that I don't need to add sugar.

So I have "severely" deviated septum in which the left side is completely pushed closed and the right has excess tissue from some other bullshit making it a narrow airway. The Doc is going to repair the septum, clear out any tissue in the way of the airway, and get me breathing again. The first five days after the surgery I will have splints in my nose which will be removed and the sinuses cleaned out in an office visit.

The Dr. claims 2 weeks and I can go right back to lifting. Has anyone had this done? Recovery time? How was the pain? I've had an umbilical hernia repaired before but I'm kind of worried about this one.
