First and foremost lactation is developed on supply and demand. What we are essentially doing here is tricking your body into believing you have a child you need to provide for. For the first while until you start lactating heavily it will require some diligence on your part. This is because your are stimulating your body into producing milk glands and until you start lactating a fair amount it will go away easily without your consistency on stimulating it.


Further more if you do start to lactate you need to continue to breast feed long after you run out of milk each session so that your body believes you need to produce more. If you leave milk in your breast after a feeding sessions your milk production will begin to tapper off. Before we start though I need to express that these methods work for both men and women. So for those trans out there who are looking for ways to enlargen their bosoms this may be a promising method outside of hormone therapy to do so. If you are just starting hormone therapy please research any supplements I'm about to list extensively before you take them alongside your hormones as it might have some undesired affects especially in the early stages of your therapy.

I would like to start of with the physical methods of stimulation. If you are just using supplements I suggest also using physical stimulation for the best results and vice versa.

//Keep note that it is important for all physical methods posted that you give yourself resting time between your 2 hour sessions. You are trying to mimic breast feeding, if you continue to do physical stimulation you are no longer mimicking breast feeding and will yield little to no results. The most promising physical method by far is having a partner suckle your breasts. Like all physical stimulation I am going to write about in here it is suggested that you do so for about fifteen minutes on one breast, then the other (or sanctimoniously) every 2 hours. This may not fit into many peoples busy schedules and you may not have a partner that can suck on your breasts that often. Fear not we have ways around that, as well if you still find you can't get those sessions in every 2 hours these methods will still work if you use them less often. The key thing here is consistency as you want your body to believe that you are in demand of producing milk. As well the closer you get to having 15-30 minute sessions every 2 hours excluding your sleeping time the faster you will notice the affects and the more predominate the affects will be.

Now we've already discussed suckling as the best physical way to induce stimulation. To continue on that subject briefly you will want them to spend about fifteen minute on one breast and then move to the other for another fifteen minutes. You should try and get them to suckle like a child or a newborn if possible and the pressure they should be using when sucking is all up to you and what you are comfortable with handling. But they will have to be doing this for quite a while and it's best not to wear out their mouth so fast. For those of you who can't always have their partner available on demand a breast pump is not only a secondary choice, but something you should think of purchasing and using along with breast suckling and messages.
