So I didn't just imagine this during my angry suicidal adolescence? Cool.

Post western animated music videos. Everyone probably knows already Dye-Fantasy, Daft Punk and Gorillaz, so let's get them more unknown songs posted.
not exactly the most obscure, but its more recent than most other ones

Is Gummi Bears the second most intellectual cartoon after Steven Universe?
But anon, Gummi Bears is more intellectual than Steven Universe!
>>86603604
>>86603699
It's the show of choice for cartoon bear afficionados. Any Gummi Bears fan is aces in my book.
Gummi Bears was a vital steppingstone towards shit like gargoyles, but on a grander scale it was the first high quality syndicated tv cartoon meant to intentionally bleed money at first and make it up later on. and by god, it did. and that era lasted for about 15 wonderful years before 9/11 killed it because nobody had any faith in the future anymore
and now pretty much every industry is dying because nobody will put any investment into it, or take any risks on sure-things.
How does /co/ feel about Dan Harmon's "Mr. Sprinkles"?
https://vimeo.com/62232896
I always thought it was more of a Roiland creation, but I like it a whole lot regardless. I like how seriously it takes itself despite all the wacky shit going on.
>>86603393
I would like to see it continue.
it makes me feel feels, and while I'm a "pleb" for it, that's my fucking qualification.
Based CW.
I know they did a shot like this last season but I'd love if they did it again with Barry and Real Jay actually super-speeding to save someone.
The fact that Shipp agreed to do this again is amazing. Him recounting everyone reaction to when he first showed up on set in the costume is great.
Shipp in Sears' outfit would have been fucking perfect, but the one they gave him isn't too bad.
I find it kind of funny that every single speedster so far has had the same belt.
What is this? WHAT IS THIS?

I see this as a threat / opportunity.
In any case, it's way too early for this.
>>86603109
Shit. I watch this only because Ron Perlman
>>86603109
He had a terrible childhood filled with abuse, death, and night terrors involving shadow people. Making a cutsey film about chibi lovecraft is damn near insulting
>/co/ says show is bad
>it's actually great
>>86602960
Too bad it's opposite day!
>>86602960
Well finish S1 then get back to us after S2.
>>86602960
First time I watched it I enjoyed it as well.
Then I took a step back and realized how many things simply don't work from the story-telling perspective.
Why wasn't he an anarchist or liberal or whatever hard leftist alignment like Oliver was in comic books? That's kind of a huge part of the character, isn't it?
Without that, he's just "green Batman", isn't he? They took away everything just to strip him down to "rich guy with a bow"
And there was plenty of opportunity in the show for him to express a political agenda, and with his run for mayor it could have been expanded further. Instead, he's always just about "protect muh city"
>>86602804
Staying politically nuetral allowed them to cast a wider net.
He specifically hunts corrupt rich people in Season 1. That's pretty Green Arrowish; very Robin Hood. Batman beats up poor people with mental illnesses.
>>86602850
>politically nuetral
what about all the progressive character stuff? like the gay people, the diversity?
Seems divisive, but it didn't stop them from doing it anyway
Bucky was a mistake
>>86602666
Satan trips is rightalso mcu was a mistake
is Fixer die?
Bucky is the only interesting part of this book. Sorry.
Has Cyborg always been a popular character since his inception or did the TT cartoon bring him into the spotlight?
TT brought Titans to spotlight period. And Deathstroke.
>>86602664
>>86602697
This is why we need death camps for cartoonfags.
the cartoon gave him an actual personality, most of his shtick before it was angsting over being a tin man
Will it be worse than Ultimatum by the time it's over?
>>86602570
No. It's already significantly better than Ultimatum, and there's no possible ending that makes it worse. CWII is bad, but Ultimatum was unlike anything else. It was so horrendous that it ruined an entire universe. The better question is whether it'll be worse than Secret Wars II by then end.
>>86602570
Someone died wrapped to death by his cape in CWII? No? Right.
>>86602570
It's not even worse than AvX although it's certainly trying hard enough.
Let's have one of these ranking threads
It bugs me that there aren't any Schulz drawings of the LRHG, purely for tier list purposes.

No.
