Bucky and Nat gets on my nerves
>>87094223
I know, right? She totally should be my sex-slave instead.
Actually...Either will do.
How do you Tattoo metal?
Is that just paint?
>>87094223
Im fine with Buckynat. And ClintNat.
For some reason I hate Stevenat.
GENERATION X WILL BE BACK THIS SPRING!https://twitter.com/Marvel/status/789122759737667584
>>87094174
writer?
>>87094187
Don't be silly anon, Marvel doesn't do that anymore
>>87094187
they haven't announced the creative team for like the last 5 books they announced
So, no news about season 3 from the comic con? Rip wakfu.
>>87093931
do you really expect replies with that image
Now those are wide hips
Apparently there's new pics/a new teaser ?
I want to lead this off by saying that I despise almost everything Marvel does and hate them as a company.
Recently Cage! came out, though, and has done the one thing Marvel does well- give artists free reign to branch out outside of house style. This is the kind of thing they should be applauded for, but apparently when it released, consumers shat all over it and it sold like garbage.
Why is that? Of all the terrible, god-awful books Marvel puts out, why are their actually good or interesting ones the ones that fail? This is like beating a dog when they poop outside then wondering why they keep popping on your house.
>>87093913
There's a reason that Rebirth is doing so well, and it's not because the stories are good. It's because they go out of their way to avoid reinvention or stepping outside the box.
I'm glad somebody else likes this book. The hyper-stylization is off-putting at first but it really adds some character.
Also the 70s injokes are unreal
>>87093913
Sometimes people don't want a lot of change. Sometimes, factors like cost and time make people gracitate towards spending them on things that look better to them since they are paying with some opportunity, and an unusual style may not appeal to them. Sometimes people fail to hear about something, especially with the somewjat lackluster marketing of comics. And sometimes experiments fail to provide successful and/or good comics, that's why they're experiments.
Also, some companies have different stamdards for failure and success than expected.
Who had the worst death?
You might as well post every fucking Disney villain. Doc Facilier was just as fucked up, for example. Gaston? Youch. No one dies like Gaston.
Hopper.
Scar getting torn apart by hyenas is pretty bad, Candy was incinerated almost instantly, but Hopper was probably swallowed alive, and died in the bird's digestive acids.
>>87093808
>Scar getting torn apart by hyenas is pretty bad
Eaten alive anon. eaten alive. Piece by peace, bit by bit, bite by bite. Hopper probably had the pleasure of suffocating to death. Scar too after they ate through his chest cavity and ate his lungs while he was still using them
Hahahahahahahaha
/co/ btfo
This is quite retarded.
Why not just wear an "ASK ME ABOUT MY FEMINIST AGENDA" t-shirt?
>>87093549
That is such a dumb shirt.
What's his endgame? No, seriously, what does he want afterall? He seems chaotic...
>>87093479
I think thats the whole point he gives less then zero shits and causes people pain for his own amusement
>>87093479
I don't really think he has one. Just sorta makes it up as he goes along. He's sorta Joker-esque in the sense he doesn't really have a master plan but is always out for himself.
No end game.
He's just a crass average douchebag that just lost his wife who was thrown into the Apocalypse and ended up becoming the Ayatollah of Rock n Rolla.
>The State of Marvel
Looks like shit tier organization and Bendis being Bendis
>>87093402
The sales werent even that bad, last month the book made 23k, also Carol book only did 24k, fuck you marvel.
>comic publisher releases book
>no one buys book
>book gets cancelled
Wow, what a shocking turn of events. Not that /co/ gives a shit about A-Force anyway.
>Put Carol and She Hulk on team
>Writer is not told what happens during mega event
Book was never really meant to mean much and just there for publicity. Of course the writer switch should have been the clue
Shit all around
So why does no one give a shit that he's basically dating his sister?
>>87092974
I guess it's okay because he had a crush on her before that was a thing.
Because she's black and he was adopted relatively late. We're she the same race and raised with her people would be grossed out because it's closer to legitimate incest vs this which is more like sleeping with your friend you grew up with.
>>87092974
They've all been watching too many Chinese cartoons.
Poisoning the youth I tell ya.
#7 is bumped by one week to November 23 probably because David Marquez submitted all the uncolored pages of that issue.
>>87092874
If Cap is OK with his wanna-be murdered walking around, who is Carol to argue?
Is Raptor our guy?
He's the best Nightwing villain in for fucking ever, at the very least.
So he's Dick's dad, right?
>>87092719
This would be stupid.
My 12 year old sister is getting an interest into comics and I'm trying to guide her to something better other than Image MLP comics.
Can /co/ recommend anything well written and good and isn't rife with bullshit feminist shit? WW also looks good but the rebirth tpb isn't out yet so maybe something else. I heard Ms. Marvel is good and I'm planning to get that. Anything else?
check out some DCYou stuff, Prez and Bizarro were great and would be very enjoyable for a youngster. the Hanna Barbera line has a lot of good stuff as well. what about archie reboot?
what sort of shit is she into, like genres, characters etc?
>>87092672
No goddamn clue, I'm trying to get a few books for her to start out and see what she likes and branch out from there.
Iike I said, I've seen read a few issues of MLP so I assume something that has an overarching plot and has interesting characters would be a good place to start. I'll check out DCYou then, I heard it was underrated and has some great stories.
>>87092624
Ms Marvel is a good choice, definitely. Prez is good, but be aware that it got cancelled early.
I'd recommend the MC2 Spider-Girl series, but you're fucked if you want it in trades.
Who else has this feeling?
There is so much shit going around in the world, and this election is a shitfest, and they only stick to doing "Trump is dumb" over and over again. Canadian Trump was at least funny and climatic, but Garrison has been dragging
Also, it felt pretty force that he scaped back to south park just to have Randy talk about member berries
Member berries have been a waste of time until now. Randy's explanation was so predictable after so many chapters, that it all feels like a waste of time, also the JJA thing is going knowhere
At least you can count on M&T to break from the pop culture view of trolling and the operative mechanics, and I laughed when Gerald was plainly doing it for the lulz.
I liked the Denmark stuff, but it feels like so much wasted potential. They just made the Denmark-trolls synapse and left it at that. They could have done something grandiose, pulling in folk tales, and undusting old danish relics, or make internet trolls actually descendant of an obscure race (making Kyle part jew, ginger, jerseyan, and troll). Instead they founded a depressing internet company only because it's their tradition
it just drags on, with a few proper laughs
>>87092602
South Park has been hilarious and the long-running storylines are a huge improvement over what they used to have, you're 'membering too hard.
i liked it
>>87092611
>the long-running storylines are a huge improvement over what they used to have
Maybe you think I'm complaining about continuity, in which case have a polite "fuck you, read again my post"
>you're 'membering too hard.
how so? I've like recent SP more, I just feels this season has wasted potential, like the choose the most boring path
Boy i sure would like our new book to sell well
I know lets charge $6.49 american dollars for it.
Thats 8.47 Australian Dolarydoos
Thats 672.65 niponese Yen
Thats 5.29 in shitty british money
That is .0103 Bitcoin
>>87092539
Bitch to be poorfag.
>yfw you never got in to the Bit Con craze
Holy shit if I got like even just a handful of bitcoins then I would have been loaded.
>>87092592
I can easily afford whatever god dam comics i want does not change the fact that price is insane.
Is Maggie the ultimate villain?
