Wanna read the latest from talented and beautiful Kate Leth? Come right in!
I can see this becoming our generation's Sandman
Man these new posting cooldowns really slow shit down.
Christmas is almost 2 months away. What does /co/ think of this movie?
>>87106873
my fucking mother makes me watch this goddamn piece of shit every year on Christmas day I AM FUCKING SICK AND TIRED OF IT
The only good part was the train. As a kid I thought it was horribly mundane.
It honestly just tries way too hard.
>That time Miles Morales helped save the multiverse with a dirty old hamburger that he was keeping in his pants for days
Is that supposed to be Ultimate Osborn? Is he finally dead?
>>87106837
>>87106895
no, you can actually blame this one on Hickman
HULK SMASHちっぽけなガイジン!
There was a really good shot at Bendis in this issue /co/ ignored
>>87106836
Yeah, it's becoming pretty apparent that no one's happy with Bendis after Civil War II...
>>87106836
I hate how this implies the hand are benath the avengers they really arent
Is this still the best thing to come from Scooby Doo?
>>87106764

Curse of the Speed Demon is.
Coldsteel Vs Sonichu, who would win?

>>87106944
This is the question we need answered before actually proceeding with the discussion.

Greg Land thread? Greg Land thread.
Seen one Land thread, seen them all

>that episode where Tom and Jerry commit suicide
>>87106543
they are toons, they are immortal anyway, reminder only "the dip" could kill a toon.
>warner brothers still hasn't released the volume 2 blu-ray
>despite it being available on amazon video germany
I fucking hate this shit.
Is this the suicide thread?
Is Wolverine the only manlet hero?
>>87106375
Puck you fucking casual.
Dick Grayson too, but they're basically it. And Dick is more meme manlet than actual manlet.
Aren't Spider-Man and Nightwing 5'10" manlets
How do you go from this...
TO THIS
Doesn't seem like such a huge leap really.
OP's movie is overrated trash anyway
at least Home on the Range had a 10/10 villain song
Hi /co/ im writing an essay about the silver age of comics, apart from the historical historical overview and mention of various artist what are some of the most important things i should write about?
Was the whole "EC Comics, violence corrupting the youth of America" thing during the Silver Age?
Influence of politics and the space race on the topics the comics handled.
>>87106123
Flash debuting reviving the superhero genre and boosting comics in general
Fantastic Four turning Marvel into a major player
Batman TV show and its eventual implosion
MAD Magazine going magazine format to avoid censorship
Warren Publishing telling the censors to go fuck themselves and getting away with it
R. Crumb selling a shitload of "alternative comix"
So, apparently since Saga almost caught up to the current run of the comic (2/3 trades that will combine into the next Saga tome are already out and the last one will follow shortly), the next thing on the agenda is re-releasing all the side stories and spin-offs in one big book.
This includes Yokai (in color!), Senso and, fanfares, complete Space Usagi (sold out ages ago and costs an arm and a leg on Amazon). All those will be published in a Usagi Yojimbo Legends collection, coming out in a few months.
Who else is glad?
>>87106083
Awesome I was already planning on hunting down a copy of Yokai
>>87106083
Glad to hear it but going onto the actual regular release schedule the rest of you have been on for years is going to suck. The last year or so I've just marathoned a phonebook sized chunk of Usagi Yojimbo every three months, going onto a steady IV drip of single issues is going to be a hard come down. It made for a great first read through though.
>>87106305
Re-reading it all is where the fun is, anon. You tend to notice tiny details that escaped you the first time and you giggle like a child. Then you notice a few pages with incredible panelling, how slightly thicker ink lines focuses your eyes on things in the foreground or important objects and characters, creating a pseudo 3D effect. You truly learn to appreciate dynamic acrion scenes with little to no words, the ones which you gave a quick glance before rushing to the next text bubble, but during your second reading you can clearly see how masterfully the positioning and movement of characters is thought out. It's a gift that keeps on giving and analyzing it on a technical level only makes it better.
But yeah, the regular update speed can seem a bit off-putting at first after such a marathon. But then you realize there are people who played that waiting game for over 30 years and still don't have enough. It's simply worth it to wait.
In other news, only now have I learned that Stan has remarried almost a year ago, less than a year after his first wife passed away. I'm glad he found some happiness after losing two loved ones in a span of less than a year.

I honestly imagine that the only people who think it's funny are 12 years old at the oldest.

You're right anon, I couldn't disappoint our little orange buddy.
I'll do my best.
>that fugly Comedy Central cartoon is the only cartoon on tv with a black lead
Bleed me.
Can we talk about good leads who happen to be black?
Fillmore is GOAT. It's a shame it was canned because kids didn't get the references and adults liked it too much.
Bump. I actually can't think of any. k.
