Hypothetically speaking could i live getting all the nutrition i need in jello form?
After a little reading i see gelatin without sugar is actually good for you.
Juicing is a bit of a fad but getting more fruits and vegetables into your diet can't be a bad thing.
Gelatin can set without being brought up to a temperature that would kill the cultures in yogurt or kombucha.
You could even fortify the jello with vitamins and fish oil and things.

We use Knox plain gelatin in lots of stuff, adding it to a fruit juice lets you make "jello" without the silly artificial colors that exist only to make the shit stain anything it gets on.

But yeah... Add enough Gelatin and you can turn pretty much any liquid into gel. Alcohols obviously loosen it up, but with the proper ratios you can gel some pretty strong drinks.

Not sure how oils would interact, but last thanksgiving my daughter took some of the stock I made out of the leftover turkey carcass and made jello for the dog and cats with it. That had a pretty high fat content and still managed to gel up pretty well.

Actually it's caesar dressing, but the concept is simple

>pizza dough
>green onions

If that doesn't taste like the bake, nothing ever will because it's filled with lab-manufactured bread additives and "natural flavors" that no home cook can recreate.

tell me what you think about my idea of a restaurant

basically you go in there, sit at the table, order a meal and sign a contract where you allow a staff member to shoot you to death if you don't finish your plate clean

portions are regular size so obviously there isn't much risk, but it comes with a certain degree of a death wish and people love that more than anything

My microwave is shitting a brick, actually its' the vent fan and I use that all the time. In any case, I need to replace it and I'm seeing convection oven / microwaves.

Are these convection oven combos any good for cooking and baking or is it gimmicky shit for people who don't cook?
