Oh it is just a survey, I personally don't have any questions about it.

However I am a bit curious though how people here are making money off of it.I actually thought the whole point of AdSense was to sell a product. Yet some people here mention they're earning money from it, I also followed a thread a month or two ago of some guy who used it to gain like 2000 Euros every week.

(it wasn't a personal ad to scam people, he just posted a screen shot of his weekly earnings)

The situation:
>Looking into getting a parrot for companionship
>After a while a Craigslist ad is posted that's a guy in a different state trying to quickly rehome a parrot (Claims he's moving countries and needs a home for him)
>$350 rehoming fee + $100 if he has to be shipped, not a 'too-good-to-be-true' price but rather a pretty typical one from what I've seen
>Talk to the guy, he seems on the up and up
>I get pictures proving existence of said bird
>End up sending a deposit of $150 over Western Union as a deposit (Seemed reasonable, as I had to wait for some supplies to arrive and the bird would need a vet checkup and a ticket to fly)
>Meanwhile I verified several things about him, like found forum posts about mundane things from his e-mail address (all in Greek), checked his address on Google Maps and used street-view to see that the colors of the walls, blinds, and even the chair the bird was perched on were visible through street-view
>Also the town he lived in had ~500 people for what it's worth
>Once everything's ready, I sent the remaining $300 and he said he'd bring the bird to the airport in the morning
>Next morning get an e-mail from a bogus courier service claiming I need to send them $2100 as a "refundable pet insurance fee required by US law" before shipping the bird
>Immediately realize this shit is a straight up scam, especially since live birds can only be shipped through the big airline companies
>Said US law doesn't exist, company's phone number was a Texas area code while they claimed to be based in Minnesota
>Talk with them on the phone and play dumb, they can't even get a decent phone connection to talk but when questioned claimed they had their own airline service (Which is not shown with any FAA registration)
>They send me payment info to wire money through Western Union to someone, who's apartment complex I located again through Google Maps (I understand why people get paranoid about this stuff now)
>>

>File a fraud report with Western Union, and get a police report number so I can check on the status of what's going on

So, I've already accepted I won't get my money back, but I have a raging justice boner right now because the scammer doesn't realize I'm onto him.

Some additional considerations:
>He knows my name, address, phone number, and e-mail
>I have 3 names and addresses of people involved in this who have or intend to pick up money from Western Union, which means they have a (likely fake) government-issued ID
>Either him or the bogus company is expecting another payment from me through Western Union, and they're unaware that I've caught on as I'm still playing the unaware victim act while leading them around by the nose
>Devilish idea that I could talk to the local PD to see if an officer would like to hang around the place the scammer made the previous pickups and me give him a bogus tracking number
>There is a slight/maybe/probably not chance that the guy is getting played by the courier company as well, but I highly, HIGHLY doubt it

Any other ideas to go about handling this? Going for Lawful Neutral here, I want to make this not worth it for him.

Depends on how your portfolio looks. Do you have a mortgage? Lean towards stocks, you don't need more real estate/RIET exposure.

Personally, I am a short-medium term investors so I'll be just buying the next meme.

Helps that I live with parents and don't have to worry about a mortgage/rent. Might look to buy some cheap properties and rent to nigs but I'll wait for downturn for that.

Stocks. I like green numbers
>>
>>1267721
Stocks are easy to buy and sell, so they don't tie you down like property does, and they can usually have bigger % returns.

Property has risk, of course, but less so than stocks

Major funds go into bigger things like property, while I invest the money I don't need in my checking account to trade stocks

Really, why limit yourself to one? To answer your question, though, I'd say property.

Do you hire gay or transgender people? I've recently decided against ever hiring any such persons. Call it risk management. You don't want them suing you at the drop of a hat, with some bogus "oppression" story.

No way in hell. I wouldn't hire a crazy person

If they were normal for their gender and did a good job, yeah I'd hire em. No bulldykes and no fairies.
>>
I was on /pol the other day, reading a thread about the transgender bathroom shitstorm, and it dawned on me that I have never even seen a trans person in real life.

Supposedly they only represent .5% of the population. It got me thinking how big of an issue this is over ~1.5-2 million people

As far as hiring gays, you never want to hire or work with over the rainbow flaming gays. They are just horrible people to be around.
>>
Hire well adjusted normal people who can do work without stirring up shit. Other than that who cares what they fuck?

You could become a lonni3 dealer

You could get a power washer and do people driveways in sub divisions

Snow cones / hot dog stand

Avoid vending (not enough ROI)

You could also invest that with a house flipper - 5k isnt much but if they need it they need it and most hard money lenders charge an arm and a leg so if you did say 20% return after 6 months youre doing them a favor

It's usually a lot easier to work for a boss than it is to work for the public.

Of course, if Walmart is the only store that will hire you, you'll have to work for both.

My advice is to search for the reason you want to start your own company. If you want to start one because you have a vision of how you want to run a company and the drive for it to succeed, go for it. If you want to start a company because you don't like people telling you what to do, then you're going to fail as a business owner.

Highscohol salutatorian here. Being an /r9k/ robot, I have no idea where or how to approach the oncoming days of my life... I haven't the slightest idea what I'd like to major in. My education is completely paid for by merit scholarships... So, computer science, education, history? These are all things that catch my interest... What major would allow me to escape the 'rat race' mentioned in Rich Dad, Poor Dad?
The army
?

And yeah... I graduate today a friendess and kissless loser... It seems as if I've fucked up in life...

Finance - you learn a useful hard/soft skill that can't be automated and get to bang hotties in uni.

Comp sci and engineering is a fucking meme unless you wanna be an entrepreneur yourself. And even then, you gotta have startup capital (not as much as for other businesses but still).
>>
>>1267462
>major
Did you even read Kiyosaki?

He specifically says that you should go to colleges with cheap tuition and learn skills you can immediately use, instead of a simple accreditation.

>>1267535
Getting a finance degree is a waste of time unless you're coming out of an ivy league. At least with CS/Engineering you're going to get a job regardless of where you graduate from. But if you want to "escape the rate race" than a 9-5 job is not the way to go.

Learning financial skills is far more useful. Figure out how you want to generate cashflow first (real estate, securities, or businesses) then attend some seminars (yes fucking seminars are where you'll learn this shit the fastest for least investment, sometimes for free if you look closely).

There is tremendous potential to generate passive income on the internet. The internet is basically the "new" real estate. So if you're already interested in CS you might want to go for that. Otherwise stick to real estate or securities (probably the latter if you're a robot). You *will* need capital, hopefully your merit scholarship will allow you save up some money that you can use to invest with, later.

Pick up some books, attend some seminars, i.e invest in yourself before you spend actual money
>>
It depends: What kind of person are you?

You can't succeed with a business degree if you're the stereotypical 4chan autist. Comp Sci, on the other hand, guarantees you'll be doing the same thing for the rest of your life but that you'll also have an upper-middle class lifestyle as well.

Alright /biz/ I have a little way to make some money easily on Ebay by reselling the same Minecraft accounts over and over again.

Step 1) Buy a couple or maybe even 3 accounts from MPGH or something else. You can literally get them for like $0.10 from this guy I remember. You will need the ones that are called alts on there. They don't allow you to log in to minecraft . net and will only let them log in to the launcher. That means they are unable to change the password and you can resell the same one again and again. They will still be able to play on it though ofcourse.

Step 2) Make an Ebay account. Pretty easy desu unless you are 10 years old.

Step 3) Make a listing for a Minecraft account. You can search for Minecraft accounts on ebay and you will see a few similar listings so just make something similar to that with a nice picture etc. Make sure that you put that you can only log into the launcher. Basically make the listing be correct so you don't get complaints.

Step 4) Sell the accounts for around $2 each.

That's it!

Please note these are hacked accounts and there's a chance in a few months that one of them won't work anymore. Just be sure to buy a couple more from the same place. By the time one has stopped working your ebay customer won't be able to request refund and if he can then just give him one of your other accs. I made around $20 in a few days when I used to do this.

If this helped you out please be sure to donate to my PP: [email protected]

Also any questions you can email that as well.

Can a girlfriend be a good investment?

I am not talking about those whores that drain your money and energy, I am talking about dating disgusting 24yo fatties that lost all hope.
I will use my snorlax as an example

>found her on tinder
>invested about 5 hours talking to her while listening to music and relaxing
>we meet
>she is as fat as promissed, but tried extremely hard to look nice and presentable
>good smell, wax, bla bla bla
>make out because fuck it
>second encounter I get a good blowjob, no experience but could see my wailmer doing her best to not get dumped
>third encounter I get to fuck her virgin cunt
>we have been dating for two months and she basically gives me any kind of sex that I want
>drives me around
>cooks for me
>I only have to spend time and some energy getting clean and taking a bus from time to time to meet her.
>studying is easier, I don't waste time fapping, and I have been making more money now that I don't waste time chasing bitches
>she is a good cook
>all that I have to do is listen to her a little
>only requirement is to overcome the natural disgust caused by fatties
>to get this sort of treatment from an average girl I would have to bend backwards for the bitch

Am I into something here?
Is bottom feeding the best strategy for guys with average genes, luck and income?

hey /biz/ im a software engineer at a bank/credit card company and I just came back from our internal software engineering conference and they mentioned that blockchain engineers are being sought out after with offers above 2X the rate of a regular engineer.

there's just such a large amount benefits that can be harnessed using blockchain tech that it would eliminate clearing houses and lots of third party verification needed for payments.

take this advice as you will, I'm going to go do some research and see if I can learn all there is to know about using blockchains outside of memecoins.
