Today's wrestling is severely lacking in animal familiars. Roman Reigns wouldn't have problems getting over if he had, like a badger or something.
>>1892483
Or maybe some kind of... Large canine.
>>1892483
Tbh m8 if Reigns came out with a badger on a leash I'd definitely be converted to the Roman Empire

this thread really badgers me
Am I being worked here or do we actually all hate him
saying he never drew a dime doesn't mean I hate him
Eddie Guerrero never drew a dime and he's in my top 10 all time

Underage smarks m8. Don't get worked
he is not /asp/ approved. underachiever marks belong on reddit

What did he mean by this?

/pol/ was right again.

He means that the old testament is filled with God trying to destroy mankind. Yet, the Jews always survives because of Noah, Moses, whatever.
why have they not announced the guest for the next stone cold podcast?
Did deanetty kill it?
Are there any Underachiever marks left, or have they been blown out so hard they killed themselves?

KEK
Never were any. He'd have drawn otherwise
Best:
>1. Hogan (Self explanatory)
>2. Triple H (Went from a jobber and the guy who drives around the main eventers to the second or third most influential person in WWE right now. Kept himself relevant throughout the 2000s then moved to a relevant position backstage)
>3. Steve Austin (Didn't use politics to get to the top but used them to stay there. Never did anything that he thought wouldn't work for his character, walked out on Vince twice to no punishment.)
>4. Brock Lesnar (Has had Vince by the balls for years, is basically untouchable now. Can get away with anything and he knows it too).
>5. Randy Orton (Nobody has fucked up as much as him and not only stayed employed but stayed a top guy. Got Ken Kennedy fired and Kofi buried for years among others
Worst
>1. Bret Hart( Wrestlemania 9, not getting his match with Hogan, the Screwjob and his entire WCW run. He kept his spot for a long time but nobody has gotten fucked over more backstage than Bret)
>2. Mick Foley (Was originally in the Wrestlemania 15 main event but then Shawn Michaels got in Vince's ear for just a 1 on 1 match. Too nice of a guy to speak up if he thought he was being treated unfairly, was only used to get others over for the majority of his career, now he's a shell of himself on weekly TV)
>3. Sting (Taken for a ride by Hogan at Starrcade and never recovered. Known as one of the nicest guys in wrestling so he never tried to fight for his spot or go against what was being booked for him. Should have been "the guy" in the 90s but got fucked and never recovered. Adding insult to injury he jobbed to HHH at Mania in a match people said he should have won then got his career ended)
>4. Shawn Michaels (Failed to stop Rocks push, failed to stop Austins rise and failed to go over Hogan years later. Got finishes changed against people like Vader & British Bulldog but couldn't go over any of the big stars when it came time. Only got one world title his entire second run)
>5. CM Punk (HHH killed his momentum in one night, never got his Wrestlemania main event, jobbed to Rock twice, Cena, and Taker in two months. Only got big victories over people like Jericho and Bryan post 2011, couldn't keep his momentum ever
>>1892128
No Cena or Rock? Your list is wrong and you should feel bad
>>1892136
Cena never used politics except with complete geeks like Alex Riley, Tyler Reks and most of the Nexus. If you go by that, Shawn should be number 1 because he made a bunch of mid carders fired during the Kliq Days
Rock lost to more people than any top guy ever and did everything that was asked of him. The Hurricane feud in 2003 alone takes him off the list
>took away prime years of the GOAT
nah
>after this B+ HBK became the GOAT HBK
You're right OP, michaels 2000's run was so much better

Anyone else find it a little strange that Cena visits all these kids and then they die shortly thereafter?

Why don't wrestlers have gimmicks any more? Now we have fucking retards like this.
cause gimmicks aren't PG

because smarks would rather have jabronis like sami zayn than actual stories and characters

He does have a gimmick though. Smiling Black Man :D

Philposting has been dead for a month
Without this man the WWE would literally not exist today. It's real hip around here to say Shawn Michaels drew record low numbers during the mid 90's. Well guess what.
In his interview for the DVD, Jim Ross comments on how he shutters to think what the business would have been without HBK as the top guy during NWO's run in WCW. By all logical reasoning, at that time, WCW should have taken over WWF, but in my opinion, Shawn was the reason that didn't happen.
There you have it. WWE would have literally folded if Shawn wasn't main eventing PPV's and keeping the company afloat. You nerds don't realize how many factors go into ratings in the first place.
>>1891892
No-one says Shawn drew record low numbers.
That was Kevin Nash.

Indy manlets seething
Just rewatched this match on the Network and it held up terribly. At the time I thought it was great mainly because of the SCM/pedigree combo and the slow pacing made built up suspense but with all of that gone now it hurts the match for me
It just seems like HHH tried to have the most "epic" and as drawn out of a match as possible to try and top Shawn. Shawn's bad acting doesn't hold up well years later either. You can say that this happens with all Taker streak matches out of the Taker matches I watched from WM20-30 this one was only better than 20 and 22. I would say this was easily the worst out of the 3 matches that HHH/Taker had at Mania and it doesn't come close to either of the Shawn matches
>>1891617
oh it was better than his match at 30 too
>he liked this match ever
it was always shit and pure cringe. everything bad about wrestling was in this match
One of the most cringeworthy matches of all time

He's a less awesome Mike Awesome. Trash.

his mother didn't abort
He was fired when injured back when WWE didn't give a shit about ex wrestlers. He's the reason WWE spends $5m a year to get Sunny sober

Flair was in a plane crash in 1975 and retired from WWE in 2008. John Cena is known to heal at unhuman like speeds. He could easily go another 20 years.
