>1. Bret Hart( Wrestlemania 9, not getting his match with Hogan, the Screwjob and his entire WCW run. He kept his spot for a long time but nobody has gotten fucked over more backstage than Bret)
>2. Mick Foley (Was originally in the Wrestlemania 15 main event but then Shawn Michaels got in Vince's ear for just a 1 on 1 match. Too nice of a guy to speak up if he thought he was being treated unfairly, was only used to get others over for the majority of his career, now he's a shell of himself on weekly TV)
>3. Sting (Taken for a ride by Hogan at Starrcade and never recovered. Known as one of the nicest guys in wrestling so he never tried to fight for his spot or go against what was being booked for him. Should have been "the guy" in the 90s but got fucked and never recovered. Adding insult to injury he jobbed to HHH at Mania in a match people said he should have won then got his career ended)
>4. Shawn Michaels (Failed to stop Rocks push, failed to stop Austins rise and failed to go over Hogan years later. Got finishes changed against people like Vader & British Bulldog but couldn't go over any of the big stars when it came time. Only got one world title his entire second run)
>5. CM Punk (HHH killed his momentum in one night, never got his Wrestlemania main event, jobbed to Rock twice, Cena, and Taker in two months. Only got big victories over people like Jericho and Bryan post 2011, couldn't keep his momentum ever

Cena never used politics except with complete geeks like Alex Riley, Tyler Reks and most of the Nexus. If you go by that, Shawn should be number 1 because he made a bunch of mid carders fired during the Kliq Days

Rock lost to more people than any top guy ever and did everything that was asked of him. The Hurricane feud in 2003 alone takes him off the list

Sting should be higher than Foley, hogan destroyed him and a year later he was irrelevant

Kane should be on the worst list. It's amazing he had such a long career after all the bullshit he endured. Despite looking like a freak, he seems to be a genuinely nice guy and you can't be a nice guy on this business

I don't know if there's many stories about Cena using politics to keep his top spot. Most bad stories about Cena are about guys like Barrett and Zack Ryder, not genuine challengers to his position. Inn the last few years he seems pretty happy to put people over cleanly, hell he even put over fucking Del Rio clean.

Rock got to the top in spite of Haitch and HBK actively working against him.

HBK shouldn't be on the worst. You have to remember his rise to the top was all politics.

He even politic-ed his own tag partner, Marty Jannetty into being the Jannetty of the two by making up that Marty was high as fuck during their match forcing WWE to fire him...when Shawn was the one who didn't know where the fuck he was. And the rest is history.
