For once, this might not be just fucking around. Brown recluses don't make traditional webs. There is geometric pattern or fluidity. It is just a bug clump of shit that happened when the architect was out on maternity leave. On the other hand, I've never seen a recluse next on a wall or ceiling. They're always on the floor. >getting ready to sleep, turn off room and aquarium lights
>goodnight my beloved babies
>wake up to 6 fish laying on the aquarium ground (6 fish = all my fish)
>sadness fills me, wondering what I did wrong to kill my fish, I thought I had everything perfect
>turn on aquarium lights to check whats wrong
>all fish get up and start to actively swim around for the day
this has happened for almost 2 months and 80% of the time I wake up to all my fish on the ground,I knew fish slept but I didnt know it was like this, and this often, is this the same for all fishies/aquariums?

Besides this they are active all day, and eat very well. Two fish show similar behavior through out the day though, not often but sometimes, they go rest under a rock and stay there for a while, their tummy on the floor, if I walk by they just slowly swim out and chill with the other fish

different molly and platy fish, they lay on their tummy upright, but VERY slightly turned to their sides sometimes because of water movement from filter,(its not a strong current but you can sometimes tell they move very little to the side)

This is Isis named after the god incase your wondering, my family got her about 13 years ago and she's been a part of the family ever since.
Recently she had some swelling around her face and we're start to worry that its a Tumor, we gave her some antibiotics and they didn't help. So now the question of whether to put her down and when has come up.
So I have to ask, how do you guys deal with the loss of the first pet you ever owned?

I just recently put my cat to sleep. Rest in peace, Rina.1998-2016.
I loved her so much. She was my only friend. I moved out last year and left her with my mother. She lost quite a bit of weight and was only about 6lbs. Could see her bones sticking out. She still had the most clear and beautiful green and gold speckled eyes with tiny flecks of blue. She looked really healthy for such an old cat but she started losing her balance and resfused to eat hard food. She fell off the bed last weekend and dragged herself under, scared and meowing. I drove over as fast as I could and when I made my way to the room she heard my voice and came running uo to me like nothing ever happened. My mom said it was her time and that she will only get worse. I still havent washed the shirt I wore when I watched her die because her fur is still on it.
Im pretty sure hes an akita, but do you think hes mixed with anything? Hes about 6'3-6'5 on his hind legs and ~125 lbs

Anyone know what this plant/flower is and is it a bad idea to smoke it?

from my experience pupper peppe isn't that hard to clean with just water and soap and some effort. Just don't forget to clean in from the other side too cause carpets soak a lot of fluid. You can apply a bit of colorless vinegar to discourage the dog from peeing there in the future. At least most dogs don't enjoy the smell and you probably won't notice it.

go to walmart and buy a squeeze bottle and a tub of oxy clean powder.
when your dog poops or pees, measure out enough powder for 1 serving and mark it on the side of the container with a sharpie. mix in water and put your thumb over the top while you shake it. spray it on the spot.
this removes the stain and denatures any scent proteins by dissolving organic material.
use a brush or rag to rub it in and let it set for a min then use a dry rag to dab up the moisture.

Also yes, mix some vinegar with water and spray a bit of it to prevent future accidents.

Hello /an/ I need some help.
I have a tarantula, a pink toe (avic avic) and he is not doing well... Recently he has started walking around his cage as though he is drunk, stumbling from side to side. He is not eating and not drinking water. today i opened his cage to try and feed him again and he got so scared he ran around the cage then out the glass door and fell onto the ground. I figured he died cause he landed upside down and made no attempt to move. I picked him up and put him back in his cage and he is now moving VERY slowly. I am worried about him if you have any advice please share. Picture related

His cage is at 76 degrees F and about 35% humidity. I have a hard time keeping him humid but there is no mold or bacteria build up in the cage. He is not able to hold his weight while on the glass for more than a few seconds before sliding down it or falling. He is not spinning webs. He obviously moves around at night because there is always new debris in the water dish in the morning. but whenever i watch him move it is more likes tumbling .

My neighbor feeds more than 50 feral cats at her farm. She keeps some of the kittens as pets or gives them away. She has one thats outside with a collar on thats not only starving to death but is covered in tumors, or some kind of lumps. Really sweet cat.
Every winter cats over there die. Theyre constantly breeding. Theres always dead and dying cats and kittens.
Can i get the cops on her for this? I dont really know what they could do. But its just fucked up. I just want to stop her. Let the ferals thin out and make her stop keeping the friendly ones that she collars up and neglects.

Imagine walking through the forest with good ol' Canis when all of a sudden he finds something in the dirt: an old leather journal, bound tight and covered in dirt. You save its contents for your return home.
Carefully removing the thread, dust escapes as the beasts within take their long forgotten breath. The leather shudders in your hand like arising bone as you turn the cover. The name ______ stained in thick, black ink across the page. For hours your fingers trek hundreds of pages of exotic fur bound by yellowed tape, detailed anatomical sketches of impossible life, and riveting stories of mythic beasts. When the dreadful end is turned and dawn calls, the same thick ink tells, "The Fairy Tale Awaits".
