I understand not having weird over the top nonsense and flips all over the place but every now and again I get the feeling that From isn't very creative with their movesets.
Take spears for instance, you could twirl it, slash, stab, charge, use it as a staff. But no, all you get is poke and occasionally a harder poke.

I'm so fucking bad at video games. Even when I practice, I still fail. I have never been good at a competitive game in my life despite pouring hundreds of hours into them. Even for single player games I turn down the difficulty because I get too frustrated when I keep fucking up.
Does anyone else know this feel? Video games are the only hobby I have in my entire life and they aggravate me to an extreme level. It's very upsetting to be this bad at the only thing you like to do.

Ok I seriously need some suggestions here because iv'e been trying to figure this shit out for hours now and it's starting to become seriously mentally grating. So dark souls prepare to die edition for no reason started not working today. I first disabled dsfix and that didn't do anything. Iv'e restarted my PC, messed around in GeForce settings, rolled back a windows update, tried verifying game cache, tried deleting and reinstalling the game, re enabling dsfix, tried to run as admin on the exe(although this did nothing.) ran in compatibility mode for windows service pack 3 and NOTHING has worked.
I'm so fucking angry I don't know what the fuck else this shit wants from me to make it work.
Sometimes if I wait a few minutes it will work but i'm not gonna wait 2-5 minutes every time just to start a fucking game up.

It's really satisfying to skulk around until you can isolate the host and then snipe him before his sunbuddies can make it back to save him. Earning tongues/shackles was some of the most fun I had in the game, gank squads or no.

My 1TB Seagate is close to 6 years (maybe even more, not so sure) old now and every little thing makes my PC freeze.
Almost every single command makes programs unresponsive for a few seconds.
I just know the little fucker is going to give up on me in a few months but I would rather not buy a new HD so soon.
Is there anything I can do to give some second wind to my HD?
