cant remember anything but that jefferson airplane song and he was pretty weird
should i say he is our guy perhaps?
>>81745461
>should i say he is our guy perhaps?
yeah he is. the spergs here oughta relate to him. The Cable Guy should be a part of /tv/ core 2bh, I don't know why it's not. It's an omission.
So....where is it?
Zed... isnt it pronounced zee

I assumed they were saying the British version of Z.

Did anyone watch this?
just finished it yesterday. was it good?

If you just watched it yesterday why are you asking us if it's good you spazz
Do women really kill themselves over shit like this? Or is the TV series a poor portrayal of mental illness and suicide? Or am I wrong for saying mental illness is the cause of suicide

its a meme where we're supposed to tell him if he should like something despite being more than capable of producing an opinion of his own
Is there a more OP character in all of capeshit?
> Can travel through time and space and multiverses changing/preventing whatever he wishes
> Can perceive events in less than an attosecond
> Is faster than the speed of light
> Speedforce
How can this possibly translate well into a movie?
>>81743939
If his villain is Eobard Thawne, that should make it a good challenge.
Or do an arc from the comics
They'll have him forget 99% of his powers most of the time, just like he does in the comics.

I applaud them for trying to be different and changing up the formula a little since the last episodes, but holy fuck, this was really unfunny.
Is Nerd Crew already out of gas? The first two episodes were some of the best things RLM ever made, the third one still had some decent gags, but this one... Jesus fucking christ, I didn't laugh once.
>>81743722
I laughed.
this one was way better than ep 3
>>81743722
Its a pretty one joke show. It was funny, but its played out now, and they really need to change it up more if they are going to keep making them.

Reminder the Valeyard is here
The first episode was atrocious.
>bill has no personality, typical sassy quirky lolsorandom female companion, the only character moffat knows how to write
>the whole episode nothing happens, they're being chased by a water monster, the monster appears, they run into the tardis, fly to a new location, talk, monster appears, they run into the tardis, fly to a new location, talk, monster appears, i'm not exaggerating this is the whole episode
>even though they're being chased by a monster that takes the form of water every time the tardis lands bill sticks her face right next to a water source and gets attacked every time, no joke
>epic quips for tumblr like "why do you run like a penguin" and "it's a kitchen" (the inside of the tardis)
The mass positive reception to this episode has only further strengthened my belief /who/ is filled with 13 year old boys who think everything related to their favorite show is amazing. They don't have the ability to critically evaluate it because "mum it's my favorite show".
So what's actually wrong with the Harry Potter series? There are always complaints about it here and there's that autistic copypasta, but what's actually WRONG with the series? It's an all-ages franchise that grew in maturity with its younger audience. What's the problem?

I like the books
the films on the other hand are boring, long and plain
nothing. Great children's movies.
>>81743441
>the films on the other hand are boring, long and plain
How so? I also loved the books but I also loved the movies. I know they cut out a lot of lore and characters, but that's the nature of the adaptation beast. All in all I think they handled it very well and in some cases improved on the source material. Snape is a much better character in the movies and HBP has a better climax IMO, ditching the needless battle inside Hogwarts that distracts from the moment. They did make Hermione way too perfect at the expense of Harry and Ron's characters/development, but I can look past that.

I finally watched stranger things /tv/. Ended up going through it in two sittings.
Is this tv kino? Name a better show currently running.
Also any recommendations for shows/movies like this? This has to be my top all time favorite show or at least close.
Any predictions for season 2? Theories as to what happened to 11? Discuss.

These always turn into Finn and Millie threads. It's inevitable.
Star Destroyers have shields.
Yes. Star Wars has no defense against teleporter technology and Star Trek ships are faster. The only edge Star Wars has in speed is that their Galaxy has mapped out Hyper Space routes, in a fight in the Star Trek galaxy or even a neutral third party galaxy, no such Hyper Space maps would exist and so Star Wars ships would largely just be dead in the water.
Star wars lasers are actually plasma I believe, and star destroyers do in fact have shields.
