"Gorillaz - Saturnz Barz is a good song and you should go and listen to it" edition.
Everything remains lost but hopefully it will turn up somewhere soon.

Anchoring my request
I know I did not dream it and it has to exist somewhere.

Is this like a darwin award thing?

> This cyoa would be magical.
Make a Perfect Custom Waifu CYOA that is so perfect that the Waifus literally come to life in the real world for everyone that reads it and takes it seriously enough.
Far from perfect, but at least Warhammer Fantasy hasn't been entirely squatted. Hopefully it returns one day.

Now GW can stand back and watch how you handle an IP.
WFB GETS ANOTHER ROLEPLAYING GAME AND NOTHING FOR AOS
ITS NOT FAIR
FUCK
So what the fuck do we know about Cubicle7? I've seen some of their books on digital shelves but never a brick and mortar store.
Are they one of those companies that tries to cram everything into one universal system they have copyrighted like Modiphius? Do they write unique mechanics for each game so the system targets the fluff and intended feel? Do they spam us with sourcebooks or stick to fewer but bigger hardcovers?
I need information before I decide to be excite or depressed. All I really know is they were rumoured to get the license back in January so they've probably been writing for about 5 months now and a 2017 release date seems likely.
>Ruling is hard. This was maybe my answer to Tolkien, whom, as much as I admire him, I do quibble with. Lord of the Rings had a very medieval philosophy: that if the king was a good man, the land would prosper. We look at real history and it’s not that simple. Tolkien can say that Aragorn became king and reigned for a hundred years, and he was wise and good. But Tolkien doesn’t ask the question: What was Aragorn’s tax policy? Did he maintain a standing army? What did he do in times of flood and famine? And what about all these orcs? By the end of the war, Sauron is gone but all of the orcs aren’t gone – they’re in the mountains. Did Aragorn pursue a policy of systematic genocide and kill them? Even the little baby orcs, in their little orc cradles?
Say what you will about GRRRRRRRRM, at least he doesn't make the same thread every day.

Maybe because real history isn't an epic fantasy novel?
>>53414002
Since this is an ASOIAF thread, let's discuss this guy. What alignment is he? We're talking ADwD Jaime here.
Each post adds something to the setting, try not to contradict other posts. I'll start,
> The world has two small moons instead of one.
>>53412001
Humans are not native to the world, and arrived through a rift during the last big Magical Disaster.
>>53412001
Because of the intense tidal forces, life in the oceans has evolved to be very sedate and calm at high tights when the water is calmest, and vicious and predatory when the tide is low and the ocean life is exceedingly crwoded for space and habitation.
The only native inhabitants are varying species (colors) of sophont crystals, possessing the ability of levitation and telekinesis proprtional to their volume.
So I noticed something about myself when I'm GMing.
Every time I am playing an NPC and the players do something that completely surprises me, the NPC defaults to "slightly bitchy cynicism".
This honestly pisses me off, because it makes the NPCs unlikable and often is out of character for them, but apparently that's just where my brain goes when mildly confused.
What character quirks have you caught yourself doing regularly and what (if anything) are you doing to keep yourself from doing them?

I'm supposed to be an intelligent goblin but I often end up panicking and making stupid moves.
smoker.
I don't smoke in real life, but smoking lets you do a lot of shit without saying anything.
Being massively airheaded/autistic
Make a setting based on this.

An inhibition removing drug without the effects of alcoholism.
Something, something, multiple civil wars are exterminated, communism holds a slender grasp on the world, everyone is happy because they live without regrets, etc.
It's better, cheaper meth except it also makes you infertile.

Got any spare soma Hux?
Your GM lets you play a song once a session to get a big bonus to your next roll. What song would you play?

How do you go about portraying a character that's meant to be 'sexy', either a DM or a player? I find having the character be overtly flirtatious is a boring/overplayed way of doing it.
Note: they don't necessarily have to be female.
Use a waifu picture from Pixiv/Danbooru.
>>53404985
Stick to adventuring and dungeon-delving instead of making the game about how "sexy" you character is and constantly trying to Magical Realm.
>>53405033
>trying to Magical Realm.
>anything that isn't murder-hoboing is magical realm
You're probably a boring guy to game with.
what the fuck was their problem?

I played a snow elf once in FR.
It was pretty cool.

They wanted the big dwarven cock wtf isn't it obvious?

Demon. I like the idea of a supernatural spy thriller.
I'm looking to stock up

A picture is worth a thousand words. Any character background longer than that is probably terrible.
ITT we post pictures that could, all on their own, relate to you the important parts of a PC backstory.

I really, really like this picture.
This is one of my favorites for post-apoc style games.

>>53384505
Gryff's Boon seems better than battlerage in this deck. Battlerage may be better for trying to 1 hit your opponent with ajani's pridemate, but boon seems far better when you don't draw pridemate, and is still very useful when you do.
Isn't the whole point of this setting, that humanity stopped research and innovation because it goes against their faith and faith is the law?
So where is all this new shit in 40k always coming from?
No, the whole point of the setting is that it's grimdark as fuck. Lack of research and innovation is just a part of it.
>>53380158
Step aside, grimfag. WH40k is nobledark now.
>Where is all this new shit in 40k always coming from?
The High Lords of Terra AKA GW investors.
