Delphine second?

Did they find another armored core?

I'm sure people do, but with the update schedule being so irregular and barely anyone translating, it's naturally rather quiet.

Why didn't they build this?
Not even joking, if it's purpose was to cause magic then why did it have to be in a Gundam shape?

Can anyone seed this? I know a few of you probably grabbed Votoms from here rather than BakaBT.

I never got around to Votoms while BBT was public and nyaa doesn't have it. Life just got in the way.

Spread the love if you can.

Anyone here ever seen any of the Gamera films? I'm on a kaiju kick, are any of them any good? I hear they're pretty shit but it may just be MST3K fans being MST3K fans

>>15441278
Only seen one and it was shit in the usual old kaiju way, meaning it's campy and kind of entertaining.
>>
>>15441278
The 90s ones are quite good.
The older ones can get kinda goofy but usually manage to entertain at least.

The MST3k versions from season 3 have some heavy time edits and the KTMA seasons are all nth gen VHS copies.
Funny to watch but not a good way to see the movies.

What does /m/ think about Pluto?

I don't really like Urasawa and Tezuka. Can I still read it and be immersed without having read Astro boy?
16 posts and 3 images submitted.
>>
>>15440189

Depends. You can enjoy it without knowing a lot about Tezuka works (it may be an incentive to read some of his manga), but if you don't like the style of Urasawa it's an hard sell. It's literally 100% Urasawa mixed with a mish mash of plot and characters borrowed from Tezuka. Personally i liked it a lot.
>>
>>15440189
What is it you don't like about Urasawa, may I ask? Because it's a lot shorter than most of his stories, and a lot more focused for it
>>
>>15440189
I feel this is Urasawa's best work and the one time he didn't miserably botch the ending

Where'd the meme of Loran Cehak being a bad pilot start? I just finished Turn A, and given how he's deliberately trying to: 1) Avoid killing anyone, 2) Avoid letting anyone on either side kill anyone, and 3)Keep the Nukes in the Turn A from going off , he actually comes off as a really decent to actually really skilled pilot.

Picture related by not related.

I think part of the problem is that the animation in Turn-A doesn't call attention to a lot of the cool moments. They just happen with little to no comment or focus and the show moves on to focus on characters. The animation is not particularly flashy either, which probably contributes. Personally I've always thought Loran is at least middle of the pack when it comes to protagonist piloting skill. He's not Uso levels of inventive, but he's still pulls off quite a few tricks and improvises a good bit, he's a good marksmen and he's got good situational awareness to use the environment and other suits in combat.

Never mind me, just sharing some AoZ illustration links. Some of this stuff is bizarre, like a water-use Elmeth successor.

These seem to be put together with fancy HTML and CSS with popup text, so there's no easily saved pictures unless you have a browser addon extension that will snapshot the entire page.

What was the idea behind the gigantic arms again? Punching things really hard is cool, but it seems like you'd need something more concrete to justify R&D.

Also, the Dom III's a good looking mech with those Dwadge thrusters in the shoulders.
