Votoms is the better show. It has a much tighter story and characters. Layzner got jerked around by the production guys a lot.

Both are great shows, but if I could only watch one, it'd be votoms

Votoms. Layzner is rife with production problems, including a rushed and incomplete ending. The Hallmark 2000 OVAs kind of fix some of the problems, but not all.

A super weapon that have the power to cripple your brain in a planetary scale were being used by the enemy and its up to you and your party to try and stop it.
