I've made my voice higher and on the road to sounding more feminine, but I don't feel I'm quite there. I'm not expecting the best voice ever or something. Just something passable that I could maybe continue to improve on. Mic is broken so I have no samples to show you. I'm just looking for tips from other MtFs on how they did it

So I had depression for the last couple years.
I was lucky enough to get on autism bux to at least survive until now.
I finally got some courage and ordered blockers and hormones online which I've been taking religiously for the last 2 months.
I even applied for a job which I'm probably going to get next month.
It's just a call center job so they'll probably take anyone who is willing to work for them.
I plan on using this job for voice training and to finally have a decent income to pay for new clothes and stuff.
Problem is that I still look terrible though but I got a few weeks to try to fix that.
I would like to get some input on how to improve myself.
First off my skin is very pale and I got those dark rings under my eyes.
I pretty much look like a cancer patient while everyone else around me has a tan since it's summer.
There's a pretty cheap tanning salon near me do you guys think that's a good idea to look healthy quick?
I'm also smoking. Is that going to affect my transition negatively?
My hair is also pretty shit since I've just been growing it out and it looks unkempt af.
I feel like it would help a lot if I would at least get a decent haircut.
But how do I go about asking for a female haircut?
I'm really scared of people getting mad at me and throwing me out for being trans.
I'm also scared of people in general which is probably going to make things difficult in a work environment.
Is there a way to fix that in a few weeks or at least make it better?
My stamina is also pretty fucked up.
I literally am out of breath and start sweating after walking 5 minutes in a really slow pace. (Even old people overtake me on the sidewalk)
Any advice on getting somewhat fit fast and what I should eat to aid my transition and my overall health?
I'm probably forgetting some things but I feel like I got the most important ones.
Please help me.

Has anyone looked into this enzyme? It's responsible for turning androgens into estrogen, and the reason that older men start to lose testosterone and gain estrogen.
Is it possible to just let this enzyme do all the work and reduce the need for HRT?

I feel something needs to be clarified, that my good friend Max Stirner pointed out.
"The community" does not actually exist. It's an abstraction. Each individual gay man, lesbian woman, tranny or any other type of sexual/gendered misfit is not really 'bond together'.
The concept of a community is only created and used because it is expedient or practical for those involved at any given time.
As a result arguments about who is "really" or "truely" part of the community. Whether a certain group should "leave the community. Or appeals that someone is indepted to others due to this community. All of them are factitious and empty.

So this is it for me. I'm done with this life. I'm a hon and I know it. I'm tired of the envy and jealousy, I'm tired of being a shut in. I'm tired of always having to hide my body. My face is masculine my hair can't hide a thing because it grows up instead of down I look like a crazy person with makeup on. Not to mention my crazy big nose and I have discoloration on my skin that no person would want to touch me.I've been lonely for years now and its killing me. I see the hon threads and I know that's me. Despite the laser and the hormones the voice traning and weight loss im still never gonna pass with my male body. Even then I could live with being a some what twink hon if my face saved me but it doesnt at all I can't pull of that look to save my life. Im starting to think maybe some people weren't meant to transition and I was one of them I might just do it tonight and just end all of this. One chance in life and I ended up a suicidal ugly tranny.

Im 27 about to be 28 on saturday I started to old and brought this on myaelf I guess. I knew there was a chance of me becoming a hon but it was either transition or suicide and i tried the transition. Yea but with a face like mine I don't think even ffs can save me.

Of all the people living they're normal lives. I can't go a day without comparing myself to other people and know I'm just a walking freak you know? I never wanted to be cute or hot I just wnlanes to be a normal person with a normal life without thinking about this 24/7. It's like eating me up. I didn't think hormones where a magical pill that would transform me but I t did aleviate some of the dysphoria and I'm much much happier than I was before and people noticed. But you notice and you realize that people treat you differently and give you the stares your not man or woman your just this thing you know?
