Not so much a mistake, but a sound design trope that drives me up the fucking wall is whenever someone points a gun at someone in a TV show or movie and the gun makes those click-clack noises like it's about to fall apart into a million pieces.

Discipline and patience, both of which you seem to lack. Focus on proper breathing and a smooth and consistent trigger pull.

I don't know but I'm a self taught shooter and I'm only now getting good at shooting my Glock 19 after about 1250 rounds. It takes time with some people, don't get discouraged

What rifle are you firing and from what stance(s)?
As the other anon said, breathing and trigger SQUEEZE (not pull) are the modt important.
Before firing, breathe in deep and relaxed, then slowly and naturally exhale until the airflow stops, then hold your breath and fire.
As I said, squeeze the trigger, never pulling or jerking it. Keep your hand solid and high on the grip and squeeze your hand as if softly trying to get juice from a fruit. Do not expect the shot in any way, just squeeze it, focus on the target and let the gun go off when it does. If you flinch, you need to work on getting rid of the habit.

Another two things to see are your eye/hand dominance, (Google them if you're unaware) and possible muscle tension. If for example you're firing from the prone, your shoulders should be level, loose and your stance should be comfortable enough to stay in for hours. Comfort from other stances is harder, but chicken winging for example causes tension in your arm that's negative for accuracy.
