So I've just downloaded a wallpaper for my phone with a 1440*2650 resolution. Which should fit the S6 Edge perfectly.
Though it's actually 4 times the size of my screen. And full screen without "zooming" in creates artifacts.
Is this magic or did Samsung cuck me? Pic related.

Are you really satisfied with your internet speeds? Can you accomplish all you want without any noticeable lag?
Because my websites can't push back to my Gig line, I really cant tell the difference between 100 mbps and 1000 mbps..

A single light user wont notice between 100 and 1000.
Even a moderate user likely wouldnt notice outside of the occasional game download.
Heavy user would notice, multiple moderate users would notice, multiple heavy users would certainly notice.
I am happy with my speeds, coming from 300/300mbps a few months ago, this is a nice upgrade that should suffice for at least 3-5 years.

tl;dw: He broke off a pin on an AMD CPU, straightened it, stuffed it into the correct hole in the socket and it worked.
But How often does this work? I never installed a cpu with pins before (Intel fanbooy : ( ), but my next rig is going to be Ryzen for sure.

I'm thinking about learning swift on linux. However only if it can be compiled and installed on x86. If this works out, I'll go straight to GUI programming. Since Apple didn't include their GUI shit, I'll probably try to somehow get it to work with GTK, EFL or FTLK.
If you wonder why, I learned BASIC in school and the Syntax of Swift is kind of similar for what I have seen. Because BASIC was so simple, I could never get motivated for C or C++.

I roughly want to get some kind of window or DialogBox somehow on screen. Modifing shape and size if possible. If this works, I go to some kind of Button that do something, anything. After that I want to load pictures and text and try to layer them somehow. If I passed all that I good to go for a little RPG in classic Dungeon Crawler style and learn the language for real by implementing game mechanics.
