Has anyone experience lower back pain in particular bilateral but quite central pain, most likely originating from the sacroiliac joints.
Could anyone who has had success with their pain offer any resources or insight.
I've had pain there for years (30yo). No idea why, never been to a doctor about it. Exercise helps, running especially. Also planking every day is good.

I've got the same starting point but it usually radites down until the middle of my buttock / beginning of the leg
It usually comes back when I sleep at my parents' place for summer, IE shitty bed and no exercise
anyone else sweat way more on leg day than any other day?

> Just finishin set not smelling anything yet
> One guy looks at me and sees ass sweat, probably thinks I actually shit myself
> Don't smell it still so i just finish my set and head to diff room
> Prob thinks it was me and was too beta to say anything
Fuuuuk
I sweat immensly no matter what day it is and leave big wet ass and ball prints on every piece of equipment even if im wearing sweats and sweat constantly drips off my chin and nose onto the floor or bar or whatever and i probably end up looking like i jumped in a swimming pool by the time i leave the gym. Its p. Embarrassing desu
>someone wants to see my phone, their one tap away from seeing pages upon pages of half nude pictures of me that I post for men and boys on a fitness forum on a Italian water color forum

Dude keep the stuff in a separate folder.
I bike 10 minutes to and from work 2 times a day which gets me about 40 minutes of biking a day, 5 days a week. Can I just do push-pull at the gym, skip leg day, and be in a good spot when I reach my cut weight of 170?
>Currently 205 down from 235
>6'3"
if your goal weight at 6'3" is 170 you have no muscle and need to do legs. you don't even need a leg day just throw DLs in on a pull day and squats in on a push day at bare minimum
>>42586131
Current 1rms are Bench 170 Squat 285 Deadlift 295 OHP 125.
Would like to keep these numbers but understand it will be tough while cutting...
>biking to work as an excuse to skip leg training
what kind of faggot are you
What do you guys think of Lyle's Bulking routine? I would add some side raises and rear delt work.
Mon and Thu: Lower
Squat: 3-4X6-8/3′ (3-4 sets of 6-8 with a 3′ rest)
SLDL or leg curl: 3-4X6-8/3′
Leg press: 2-3X10-12/2′
Another leg curl: 2-3X10-12/2′
Calf raise: 3-4X6-8/3′
Seated calf: 2-3X10-12/2′
Tue and Fri: Upper
Flat bench: 3-4X6-8/3′
Row: 3-4X6-8/3′
Incline bench or shoulder press: 2-3X10-12/2′
Pulldown/chin: 2-3X10-12/2′
Triceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5′
Biceps: 1-2X12-15/1.5′
What exercise can I do to fix a nose like this?
Also, what is this condition called?

I'm never gonna make it at this rate......
Can i get swole just by eating big and doing push ups?
i don't feel like spending my money on a personal trainer or even a gym pass
i guess i could buy some weights and a pull up bar but only if it's really necessary

>lifting and positioning a 40 ft ladder at work with the new guy
>he's weak as shit, about 5'4", no muscle
>get the ladder vertical
>he doesnt know where to stand to keep it balanced while I raise it with the rope

>>42585229
you're better off doing standing plate twists, i tried em and saw nothing substantial
Have you guys experienced it? Or am I doomed to stay 5'9?

Calling all army anons
So I've been thinking about joining the army (The British to be exact).
What advice would you give someone considering?
How long you been with the army?
Was it worth it?
Reason for and against joining?
I'll provide any relevant information you need, I don't want to blogpost it all at the top of the post
If it's anything like in the US, don't join the army unless you're too stupid to qualify for another service. Army is literal cannon fodder.
>>42585038
I'm speaking with experience here somewhat, I served 6 years with the RN, 05-11. As long as you're not completely out of shape, they'll whip you up in no time.
To answer a couple of your points:
>Was it worth it?
Yes, very much so, make sure you learn a trade (engineering, nursing, radios etc.)
>Reason for and against joining?
For: a sense of brotherhood that you will NEVER find in civvy life. Fitness through the roof. Queue tea's cream whenever you flash your ID.
>Against
Be prepared to miss your family and give up a lot of your free time. I missed my friend's stag and wedding due to deployment. Missed my friend's wife funeral for the same reason+ many more important occasions.
I'm on exercise as we speak and it's awesome. Fast promotion as recruitment is poor and still lots of other activities like overseas travel. Plus you develop leadership and stop being cowardly neets.
do any of you guys have experience with online personal trainers? what came of it, results, challenges etc
Didn't even know this is a thing.
You have all the resources to you for free already. You can watch form tutorials on youtube and then record yourself then post yourself in a form thread on /fit/.
>>42585037
Waste of money these fuckers just copy and paste the same shit to everyone, get a real one they can watch your form, work you harder make shit more tolerable.
