Alright /fit/ enlighten a poor pleb

Wtf is creating and should I use it? I'm doing heavy MMA training and weights 3x per week but at the moment I'm mainly interested in losing weight. Will creatine help me with more strength/energy or will it make losing weight harder? Should I use it all when losing weight?

no I spent years working on my form and still had pain in the exact same way when doing the big compounds. the only solution was doing different lifts and using specialty bars. fuck you dick asses who claim "it's your form" there's nothing to form even retards can do it. lifting is genetic and just like everything in life some are naturally able to do things others can't. some have to work so hard to do what others do naturally that the ends doesn't justify the means. it's not "outliers" this is a meme to indoctrinate you. if you have pain and an iq at least equal to a retard chances are the lift just isn't for you and try something else. I made tons of progress as soon as I abandoned all beginner "you have to do x" routines. finding what works for you is the best routine.

Squats and deadlifts are only good if you want to be one of those "powerlifters". The meaning of fit is subjective. Focus more on upper body and you will be a lot more satisfied with your results.

You can do steroids and be chill about it. Personally I did 1 cycle, nothing crazy dosed. It was a fun experience but I decided I don't really want to do more for now. I don't think an anorexic would ever think like that. 'Oh I'm just gonna starve myself a couple of months to see what it feels like but I decided it just wasn't my time for it yet'.
