>lifting and positioning a 40 ft ladder at work with the new guy
>he's weak as shit, about 5'4", no muscle
>get the ladder vertical
>he doesnt know where to stand to keep it balanced while I raise it with the rope
>starts to wobble
>eventually he just lets go
>it falls down, partially on me
>have a cut on my head now
>eventually get it up
>later that day take it down
>he is too weak
>I end up essentially OHP'ing 200+ lbs so as not to get crushed
>mfw I have to work with this faggot again tommorrow
