/fit/, I've been lifting for about a month and have dropped a conskderable amount of bodyfat. I work out 6 days a week (Sunday rest) for 1 1/2 to 2 hours a session. My question is should I continue to cut or should I begin to bulk in order to gain muscle over winter and cut for next summer? Will post more pics and macros in thread if you want. Thanks /fit/!

That is correct my man. They stopped crossfit because a lot of reasons, but the number one thing about not coming back was "It hurts"
so it was never really listed as injuries

A good squat rack is expensive. A shitty, empty room, with a shitty, empty trainer who leads a shitty, empty workout of the day is cheap as fuck. If idiots think they can do better with rabdo, they aren't clogging up real gyms.

TL:DR I think crossfit is just a real-life manlet pit to keep idiots out of real gyms.

what do you guys think of the farmer's walk exercise?

it's basically where you walk swiftly w/ your back straight holding a weight, and it works the FUCK out of your forearms

been doing this every other day around my neighborhood with a single 20lb weight since late june, occasionally interchanging between each arm

curious to hear your thoughts

Or 2250kcals and 250kcals of cardio. This is more manageable IMO, it's what I've done and had good success.

I don't do cardio on lift days, though. My cardio is usually HIIT beating up a heavy bag, and exhausts my arms & shoulders too much to have an effective lift session after.

How much time and dedication does Oly lifting actually require to become proficient in? If my goal is to become strong and explosive overall and become a good olympic lifter, not in a competitive sense, is it even worthwhile to invest any time into it, or is it a waste of labor and time better spent on other things if I'm past 18?
