So I went to the Walmart to cop some brown rice, but they only had the picrel Long brown rice. Is it an acceptable type of brown rice?

Also, I looked at the nutritional info of other rice like jasmin, basmati, even uncle bens - it's all the same macros. Why is the BROWN RICE recommended?

Hi /fit/, I have a problem...

For the last month and a half now, I've been experiencing weakness and limited mobility in my left arm. It seems to be slowly getting better, but when it first started, it was to the point that I was having trouble holding my arm up and wasn't able to move it at certain angles. The mobility issue is now almost entirely gone, and I feel my strength coming back. I now mostly just notice when performing certain lifts, especially shoulder flys, shoulder presses, and similar exercises involving that shoulder. For instance, when doing flys, I was able to do sets of 10 with 35 lbs on each arm. Now I can barely muster 15 lbs on that arm, and when I do, I notice the left arm is moving differently than the right. The strange thing is, I don't remember hurting myself. There is no pain associated with this whatsoever.

Any idea what it could be? What can I do to help it?

Title says it all, is it worth doing? I've been stuck at 220ish pounds for a bit now and keto is the only thing that seems to move the scale but everyone says its a meme (it's also miserable but im trying my hardest to stick with it)

Just youtube a beginner routine. Nike training app also has some decent flows that are good for starters looking to build their joint strength and mobility. I started with the app and then moved on to youtube when I got strong enough, and now I can finally reach well past my toes after only a month of 3 sessions per week.

Had a lower back injury. Could do everything Excpet squats. If it doesn't hurt than do everything you can. I had to go to PT, I recommend doing that.
