You probably have a mild case of phimosis if sex hurts but it could also just be for some unknown reason. Sex used to hurt with my ex just like you describe but i never had that problem with any girl before or since. And honestly i don't believe you can just be great at sex with anyone and everyone. Real sex takes time to adjust to each other and learn your preferences. That's why people in a relationship have much better, satisfying sex than one night standers. They know each others bodies.
