I got keto flu because u asshats all said keto was good. I stopped doing the keto thing this morning but i still feel like shit. Can i still go to the gym or should I wait a day? I havent skipped a workout in a while will my gainz disappear because im cutting?

What do you eat? What kind of nutritional value are you missing? Because the keto diet restricts a wide range of food, it tends to take its toll on your health if you're not careful.
Had the exact same symptoms while on keto, taking an electrolyte supplement and upping my water intake fixed this entirely.
Keto is not a meme, it does work and is imo the best tool for sedentary people to lose weight. However there is no magic involved here, it won't help you lose weight faster. It also will have a strong negative impact on your workout performance for at least 2 weeks.
