They both are good. I personally don't like ohp cause of 3 shoulder dislocations from various activities. Also bench is better for dem chesticles.

There's really no point to do the bulk & cut bullshit when you're natty because you need to bulk for at least two years first before doing a cut, so you're basically cocoon mode unlike the bodybuilders who only have to do that for two or three months. Just try to maintain your current weight and stop worrying about that shit.

So I've been doing this for awhile now and just looking for some suggestions on accessories that might be needed. Also I do cardio on off days but wondering if I should do core work along with that? Are ab rollers best for that type of thing? I just want to have a strong core.

Sup /fit/ i've been thinking about starting lifting since i'm tired of being so shrimpy, but I have a problem

Thanks to my genetics (tyvm parents) the ball and socket joint in my shoulders are pretty messed up and it's easy for me to dislocate them, especially when reaching in front or above me.

Can I still lift and get the same results as others or should I get ripped some other way?
