What is a better test of full body strength, OHP or Bench?

They both are good. I personally don't like ohp cause of 3 shoulder dislocations from various activities. Also bench is better for dem chesticles.

Bench is a good leg exercise, bro. Ya know how you push with your legs into the ground and arch your back when benching? I got rid of squats and dl to get more bench in my week, and hey, my legs are feeling the burn!
