Bread from pizzas, hotdog buns, mediterranean bread... anything goes!

From the perspectivee of a person that grew up in a mediterranean country, I don't understand how british and american people can have or dinner without bread. I enjoy fish and meat SO MUCH more if i accompany it with bread as i eat.
Also, in the english language, there seems to bee a general term for traditional mediterranean bread called "french bread" and actual french bread has its own word "baguette"
i guess its just perspectives, but i dislike the generalization that bread in spain, greece, and italy is called "french bread"

I am so sick of these shitty food trends.

Examples:

>Coconut oil
Opposite macros of olive oil. High in saturated fat (solid at room temp) and low in unsaturated fat. Perceived as healthy by hippies and idiot stay at home moms.

>Kale
Tasteless and tough as shit. No healthier than any other leafy green and toxic in high amounts.

>Stevia
Much less studied than aspartame. No health benefits, not proven to be any safer than aspartame which is made of two amino acids aspartic acid and phenylalanine (building blocks of protein that all of our bodies use regularly).

>Against MSG
Another animo acid, a glutamine ion, bonded to a sodium ion. Very rarely is anyone allergic to it contrary to what they commonly report. Used all the time in our bodies and found in high amounts in many other common foods. Parm cheese, tomatoes, anchovies, fish sauce, seaweed etc contain high amounts of MSG.

All sugars break down into the same constituents. There is no difference in health value in HFCS compared to cane sugar. There may be a slight difference in taste, which is a positive but comes at a higher price. The real downside of HFCS is that it is dirt cheap and is added to many cheap processed foods in high amounts unnecessarily.

Cane sugar is arguably more healthy because its not as calorie dense. Plus it tastes waaaaaaay fucking better.
HFCS is super cheap and super high calorie but not as sweet as cane sugar so manufacturers dump a lot more of it in than theyd comparably use of cane sugar.
If youre given the choice and choose HFCS youre an idiot

why don't pizza places put the unsold pizzas in the fridge and sell them by the slice in the morning for breakfast for half price until they run out? Is the only way to get cold pizza to order a hot one and refrigerate it your self?
