I am in Italy what food should I bring back home, what food should I try here?

I'm adding these to our restaurant's menu as an appetizer. Does anybody on /ck/ have any experience preparing these little bites of heaven?
>>9254071
Why would you add them to your menu if you need advice on making them? Kys the point of this board isn't to help you save your gay little business.
>>9254079
>>9254079
I already printed the new menus but I forgot how to make them. None of the recipes on Bing or Google sound right I just wanted to make sure I don't know why this makes you so mad. It's not even my restaurant, I'm just the head chef and we aren't a "gay little" restaurant we're on one of the busiest streets in America.
Sell me on your easiest no nonsense curry roux. I am very unsure on just about everything in the process. Seeing as I never made a roux before.
>curry roux
Only Japanese curry makes a "roux" and Japan has the worst curry. Do Thai or Indian instead.
>>9254015
Holy shit I remember reading low quality scans of this years ago. Was actually pretty good from what I remember, why didn't they make this an anime?
>>9254051
I have had Indian curry from a reputable place. I am not that huge of a fan.
well, /ck/, i'm currently waiting on a response to a very important test. it could determine the future of my education.
as a gift to myself, i've decided to pour out some applesauce. plain applesauce, however, is too boring for this occasion.
i have added enough cinnamon to hospitalize a man by dehydrating their mouth, throat, and lungs to the point of total failure- were it not for the sweet, sweet, savior of applesauce that is dehydrating my body.
why is applesauce the best fruit-derived product?

Good luck on your test.
I like all cooked fruit slurries, to be honest. My very favorite is dark cherries cooked down to a syrup with a bit of brown sugar, a pinch of salt, and some cream of tartar (keeps the color bright, adds some nice tang).
Someone convinced me to make tonkotsu broth. I think I'm currently at the five hour mark out of about 12.
First try

What the fuck is going on with that... chicken, I guess? I thought you were brining it, but it's half in and half out of the liquid.

I just store a lot of meat and bones in the fridge? I use all of it in less than a week.
Can someone here tell me what red curry tastes like?
I had an idea for something to do with it but I can't trust it will work until I understand the flavor.
I'm picturing something like a seafood bisque with strong notes of sweet-hot spices and those oddly floral limes
bunp
chunky bell pepper puree with coconut
Why not taste some red curry? That is a pretty good way to find out what red curry tastes like.

What are your "must have" brunch items? Do you even have brunch?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aIii_alB6rE
I only have brunch when I'm hungover and it's almost always an egg's benedict or sushi
Big Mac.

Did you stop them in time?

Stop eating out at Applebees then
Who flower eater here? What's the most delicious flower and why is it the nasturtium?
Lies. The best flower is obviously the wax leaf begonia. Such a nice chewy texture. Such a sweet-tart flavor. Such a glossy, sparkly appearance.

Friendly reminder that humans have evolved to eat flowers ;-)
Hi anon, don't forget to tip the peetzer man.
Saged, reported, hidden.

Does this look like ponies? I just want to remind people to tip when they get peetzer.
How many calories would you estimate are in one of these 'ni 'gers? 300? 400?
500
Probably about 400-450 because of the bacon and THICC buns

>Literally tasted like red food colored high fructose corn syrup.
So, ketchup in other words?
>>9253192
I'm not 100% sure but I'm fairly confident that they use their mouth to eat it.
Because I don't have time to make my own food/pizza.
